Eastmall International - Fantastic Support

A recent shipment from the great folks at Eastmall arrived with a nasty yellow coating all over the package which had even permeated throughout the entire package.

I immediately emailed them to see if they had any idea what it was. Ed emailed back asking for photos which I provided. He then asked what time of day I would be available to talk. I no sooner sent the reply when the phone rang - dang if Ed didn't phone me to discuss the issue.

Ed thought it was probably the USPS getting sloppy with an insecticide and offered to replace my entire shipment at no charge for safety.

Today my replacement shipment arrived, and with a bonus item as well. OMG these guys are great!

I've ordered 3 shipments so far. I had a couple of D.O.A attys and a pass thru problem. I emailed them one afternoon about the problem. By the time I read the response, a new shipment was on the way. No charge.
Awesome! These guys are the real deal. Don't worry about Eastmall being in China. The shipments get here fast! Highly recommended.
