Lets start with the Doubler.
lets say 16ml of it (Just over for added flavour)
thats 16ml of VG
you still need some PG and 9ml of VG
and this seems posible from here.
if you add the 30mg nic PG to bring the ratio to 70/30 that will be 5ml of it.
then you only need VG and you have both nic and base to work with.
Re cap.
now we have
16ml of Flavour doubler.
5ml of (30mg nic PG)
and you need more nicotine.
how much ?
well. to get 20mg content of nic in 30 ml its roughly 2%nic of 30ml which is 0.6ml
you already have 5ml of 30mg strength, find how much nicotine is alredy in the bottle now, which is 3% of 5ml = 0.15ml
OK so .6ml - .15ml = 0.45ml of nicotine to go.
So how many ML of the 48mg strength will have .45ml of nicotine ?
48mg nic VG base is roughly 4.8% nicotine. So ;
9ml of the 48mg VG base will have roughly .432ml of Nicotine.
.15ml + .432ml = .542ml will be roughly 18mg strength.
each ml of th 48mg VG will have .048ml of nicotine.
to get to 20mg strength in the 30 ml bottle you will need to sacrifice the ratio (It seems to be in you prefered Direction anyway. so just add.
will it fit ?
how much? 1ml will now make it .59ml of nicotine in 31ml which is 1.903%
adding another half will make it .614ml of nicotine in 31.5ml which is 1.949%
the PG VG ratio will be 21 parts PG and 10.5 parts VG
thats roughly 66.6 % PG and the rest VG

well. lets add just .5ml of the 30mg PG nic instead of the .5 48mg VG nic
this will be .03ml nic per ml and thats .015 for the .5ml
add that to the .59ml nic already in the 31ml batch and you have
.605ml nic in a 31.5ml batch with PG VG Ratio of 21.5 parts PG and 10 Parts VG
THats roughly 68.253% PG, nic content roughly 1.920% you want 2%
not good enough,
well. lets add just 1ml of the 30mg PG nic instead of the .5 48mg VG nic
this will be .03ml nic
add that to the .59ml nic already in the 31ml batch and you have
.62ml in a 32ml batch with PG VG Ratio of 22 parts PG and 10 Parts VG
Thats roughly 68.75% PG
not good enough,
well. lets add just 1.5ml of the 30mg PG nic instead of the .5 48mg VG nic
this will be .045ml nic
add that to the .59ml nic already in the 31ml batch and you have
.635ml in a 32.5ml batch with PG VG Ratio of 22.5 parts PG and 10 Parts VG
Thats roughly 69.230% PG, nic content is now 1.95% you want 2%
we can add more if you bottle can take it and it will get closer.
lets add just 2ml of the 30mg PG nic instead of the .5ml of the 48mg VG nic
this will be .06ml nic
add that to the .59ml in the 31ml batch and you have
.65ml in a 33ml batch with PG VG Ratio of 23 parts PG and 10 Parts VG
Thats roughly 69.6969696969697% PG, nic content is now 1.96969696969697%
unfortunatly the Flavour is Diluted a bit now with less than half of it being in there. Hmmm
Should I start with 17ml of Doubler ?
Could some one else check this. I am a newbie and I did not check it myself ( I didn't even do Spell check). I am working on the rough assumption that 48mg and 30mg strength base are roughly 4.8% and 3% nicotine content respectivly and am unsure as to wether this matters with premixed nicotine bases anyway.
