ECF veterans help!

I've recently ordered from a supplier. already paid but has yet to receive items. many has given reviews about not receiving their items too. knowing that vaping is illegal in singapore, i'm not sure if i could file a police report to claim back my money. I need advice from the veterans please.

I'm not a Veteran but do I purchase loads online as I imagine most members on ECF do.
Can you be more specific? What method did you use to make your purchase? Visa/MC or PayPal?
Where is the vendor located? How did the Vendor state they would ship the item to you? Have they got a phone? Does the website have an address?
Without more info it's difficult to give advice.

Do you know that it hasn't shipped? if it hasn't shipped yet you have an issue and I'd take up with CC / paypal. If it has shipped you're risking that Customs has opened the pkg and siezed it so you'll never get it.
When ordering stuff that's not legal in your country you run into risky business and should expect to lose some of your product to the government.

Once it has shipped there is very little any supplier can do, tho you will find most will go out of their way to help. Even if it isn't seized by customs, things get held up in customs for very long times.
