Does anyone or has anyone had success in recycling cartomizers and clearomizers?

Are there any vendors that will accept trade-ins for recycling on the vaping consumables?

i dont know of any kind of recycling programs, the vast majority of ecigs and consumables are from China, so i kind of doubt there is
