First of all, great idea for doing a contest and getting great feedback from people who will ultimately be using it! Everyone here already have some great ideas.

1. If you're going to go with black, You might think about some more accent colors on borders or possibly to separate sections, to make the whole look pop a little more. Like for instance, your logo is red, maybe try using small amounts of red throughout for contrast. There's just a lot of black and white.

2. The logo itself is a bit small, especially if you're going for the banner look. I love the logo, bigger could look good, I think. Even if it was still to one side

3. This is more of a compliment. I love that you have the bar at the top for everything not related to products, and another for just the products. It puts the focus on the product, and that's always good.

4. You probably already know this, or someone's mentioned it already, but the "Featured Product" section with the pictures, when I hover over a picture, the tile spins and disappears. I'm not sure if it's something you're working on or if it's browser incompatibility. I'm using Safari 6.0.1 if it helps.

5. It would be really cool if those pictures would spin around to reveal a tile with a short description, price, and a "View Product" button.

6. As someone already said, I would think about breaking up the Categories a little more. Be a little more specific or create drop downs from each menu item with more specific subcategories. This would allow customers to get to what they're looking for faster.

7. I would consider adding an "About" section to the top bar, with either a mission statement or some personal information about your company, who you are, and why you started Ecigfrenzy. This might not be important to everyone, but it might just be the thing that helps people to decide to shop with you. Some people want that personal connection.

I'm sure you've considered some of these and I know you're still working on it. It looks great so far! Keep at it and good luck with your business!

2) I'm going to echo some of the other thoughts on the logo. I don't think it quite fits in with the aesthetics of the site and I also think it's competing for attention with some of the other pictures/text. I think it should be more dominant and memorable. A post on some kind of typography/website design forum might give you some more specific advice you can implement on the issue if it's something you're interested in looking into.

You must be very excited about your new adventure in life and I'd like to say Congrats!

Since I'm sure you are using this to tweak your site a little, I'll throw out what caught my eye first. There seems to be a lot of dead space with the black border around the site. Just seems like you could shrink that down to make the page look fuller. I only went with that negative in hopes that it helps. My next 4 post will be much more in the positive light because those are easy!

Okay, focusing on the eliquids portion of the site. Here are a few suggestions:

1. Add an option to order all the same size, same nic level, same pg/vg mix with a drop down including all the flavors. Keeps customers from clicking on each flavor separately and having to keep making the same choices over and over. I’ve been ordering lots of liquids and if there’s no drop down with the flavors listed, it can take forever to make it though all the flavors and selections.

2. I really appreciate it when each eliquid has a line or two describing the flavor. The more descriptive the better, particularly on those that aren’t really obvious. Words like bold vs. subtle, sweet vs. sour, creamy, full flavored, etc.

3. It’s always appealing to me when a site has a few flavors no one else has, something unique or an interesting take on a common flavor. When I land on a site with the same old flavors, I tend to leave in search of something different and/or head for the sites that have the best descriptions. The ability to get something unique often induces me to buy my other regular flavors there too, resulting in a bigger order.

4. Packaging is pretty important to me, I want to know what the bottles look like, see the actual bottle and top, whether it has a needle or not. It could be done as simply as adding a packaging link that has photos of your bottles and sizes.

Will spend some more time on your site and report on other aspects.
