Very good place to order from. Although I have never had any issues with them myself, I have heard it is easy to contact them and get any issue solved. I have only had good experiences with them and another company vivid smoke.

This is just my experience with them but for some reason they do NOT like my debit card, I have tried to order from them on two separate occasions and double checked my address, card number, name on card, CVV code, I mean EVERYTHING was double checked and for some reason they ALWAYS decline my debit card. Now what is not clear (without reading a LENGTHY disclaimer) is that if the site declines your card for whatever reason they hold the amount they attempted to run for FIVE business days and the website says nothing other than "declined" so if you double check and try again...it is a double charge sitting in cyberspace for five days before your bank account is refunded, VERY annoying. I like what they offer on site and I have friends that have ordered with no problems but for me I will never try to order from them again with my debit card...take it as you will and if it says "declined" do NOT try it again lol
