Well, my handy dandy Ohms law calculator says that at 4.2 volts (fully charged battery), you'll be pulling 16.8 Amps with a .25 Ohm build....so yeah, you should be OK....
Just to be safe though, I wouldn't take long pulls....
But if you are asking and are not familiar with Ohms law, then you might want to educate yourself on it.....it is essential knowledge when using a mechanical device IMO....
Yep, amps. Think of voltage as the amount of electricity coming from your battery, and Amps are the rate at which that electricity is delivered. So if you pull too many amps, then your battery will struggle to deliver that 4.2 volts. As such, you will tax your battery which is never a good thing.....So it's important to know what the limits of your battery are, and how your build affects the delivery of electricity from the battery...
