i have an efest 35 amp 18650. havent had any problems with it so far. would anyone happen to know about the quality of composition compared to the other 18650s?
So far I don't have any issues with the ones I have. But now I only run .7ohm builds.
i noticed a good battery life as well. it could easally last me into the next dayI just got a few to try, I still have my Sony VTC5. But vie had zero issues with the eFest 35amp while testing them out with a .7ohm build. Battery duration is decent as well.
Well, there's a strong possibility that this battery actually has only a 20 amp continuous discharge rate rather than the advertised 35 amp rating that Efest claims.i have an efest 35 amp 18650. havent had any problems with it so far. would anyone happen to know about the quality of composition compared to the other 18650s?
Dampfakkus.de:This is a rebranded LG18650HE2 cell. Careful: max continuous discharge rate for this cell is 20A *NOT* 35A as advertised by Efest.
This is a very high current battery, but the 35A rating might be a bit optimistic.
I am very sure this is in fact simply a rebranded Sony US18650VTC4 cell.

An independent reviewer of batteries removed the purple wrapping and found a LG18650HE2 battery cell. LG states that battery is only a 20 amp battery. So, who you gonna believe? The original manufacturer of the cell or the company who is just rebranding it, and has a past history of exaggerating their battery specifications?
I find this disconcerting, as the people buying this battery expecting 35 amps for extreme sub-ohm vaping are only getting a 20 amp battery.

wow that very ballsy. how do they avoid lawsuites doing that?
I have problem with efest imr 35A. This time I charge using intelicharge Chinese made for about 6 hours. The indicator change from red to green after 7 hours and thinking that fully charge. But surprisingly after insert into my sigelei, it doesn't fire it up. I've checked with multimeter and shows 0.3v.
Is there anyway how to revive the imr battery? I've use it for about 4 times.
