Efest Japanese Batteries?

I bought a couple of the 18650s, but there's a sticker on them that says made in China.

Sooo, the cells are made in Japan and the are batteries assembled in China? Is that how that works?

From what I understand the 10A cell is manufactured in japan, and the battery is assembled in China.
