If you've got a significant other that's bothered by the vapor, maybe try a different brand/flavor of juice or an ecig that produces less vapor. I mainly use PG liquid in the eRoll and a Joye 510, so my vapor is pretty light and wispy. I've never had anyone tell me it bothered them. In fact, I quite often hear "What is that? It's smells really good!"

I also think there's the possibility that people who loathe smoking could be affected psychosomatically by vapor. They see what sort of looks like smoke, so react as if it is smoke.

I have a couple of friends who are bothered by my vape, headaches, a bit of coughing. Both are very supportive of my vaping (over smoking) and both also have issues if/when we go clubbing and there's a fog machine going. PG is common to fog machines and vape... hmmm.

As a test I bought a 100%vg juice and sure enough I can vape anywhere near them without a problem.

The only time anyone in my family has complained, it's been about the flavor. When I was staying at a hotel with my daughter, she said that it was too sweet and was giving her a headache. So I switched to a less sweet flavor, and cut back when she was in the room in the evenings. Usually I vape some type of vanilla flavor, and my husband likes the scent those leave in the air.

If you know someone that has a sensitivity to chemicals or perfumes it might be best not to vape in an enclosed area with them. I only have one friend it bothers and if i use flavors around her it seems to be worse, even ones with no flavor bother her. Just because we are not smoking does not mean we don`t need to respect those around us :)
