Glad you got it taken care of, and a big thanks to Fabricator4 for the well written explanation. The center pin issue is very common with Ego style batteries and very easy to fix.
Maybe some of us could be a little clearer in our responses, especially to newer members, just typing "an open" really doesn't explain much to someone who is fairly new, or even someone who has been around awhile and isn't into electronic terms or rebuilding.
