ego Atty vs 510 Atty

Can anyone elaborate on any performance differences between a standard 510 atty and the ego mega atty if any ?

They are the same. The ego is just a big battery 510.

I'm getting the same ohm reading 2.1. And they're acting very much the same although just the huge cartomizer seems like you're getting a bigger mouthful of vapor with the eGo atty/cart. It's a significant development on refills though. No carto (well the eGo carto) or cart mod can match them on time - only the wetbox and juice dispensing mods compete.

Vapor is about the same, but the Mega cart will hold 25-30 drops versus the 510 standard atty that holds about 12-15. Both hold a little more with the PTB pyramid half tea bag mod or the blue foam mod.

Pretty sure you're talking about the mega carto from nhaler because the mega eGo carto and cart hold a good 50 drops - 2.5ml.

As far as volume goes I was talking about the eGo mega cartridge (although the cartomizer holds the same amount) - 2.5ml - about 50 drops, not 25-30. See:

Mine from heaven gifts, janty, dietsmokes, TW - Joye tech - meter between 2.1 and 2.3. Some SLB run higher. Pretty sure Scottbee got the same reading 2.1 on the mega eGo atty and he got a lower reading on the carto than I did on the first ones we got 'beta'. After than the cartos I got were 2.3-2.4, but the attys were still at 2.1 ohm. I have more on the way ;-)

I've seen them at ikenvapes and wondered the same thing. There's 1.5, 1.6-1.7 cartoz, 1.8-2.0 cartoz now, so I guess anything under the 2.1-2.3 can be considered "LR" But, in actual usage, it can make a difference though.

This is what I've been saying how the difference in wattage makes a significant difference in whether or not you lose or maintain flavor (and attys), because depending on voltage and keeping that constant, a few tenths in ohms can mean 2 Watts of difference.

I just got some in yesterday, and yep, about 50 drops in the cart. Vapor? I'm getting a lot more than the standard atty' that came with both the org. 501 and the EGO.

I'm stoked!
