the problem is my battery is not charging now. when i put it in to charge it flashes 3 times and the charger says its fully charged but its not. before it would flash at least 5 times and change from green to red. I have contacted Nhaler lets see what happens. They dont really say anything about warranty but i figure i have been using it for 9 days rotating between 2 any1 else have this kinda problem with eGo battery or Nhaler also had 2 attys die in 2weeks

If you bought it from Janty, it is guaranteed for 6 months---your attys for 3.
If so, get hold of them and they will replace.

Bought it from Nhaler which they emailed saying sorry its past 14days which wasnt on their site to start with....guess you get what you pay for shoulda went with Janty

Sounds like it may be a problem with the eGo charger light. Have you tried leaving it in the charger for two hours and seeing if the battery will vape after?

Best of luck,
Tim

DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
guess i got lucky. i ordered my two eGo's from Nicotine Nirvana exactly a month ago, and all parts still going strong. ordered mega carts and attys from Cignot today-cant wait for them, so i can spend less time refilling! i have heard positives from those two companies-NN and Cignot. and of course, Janty, just a bit more expensive.

am trying that now however it charges my other battery just fine so im not without but i work long shifts and usually end up needing 2, will be buying another battery or maybe a kit from another company after the customer service or lack of...its funny Janty sells 1 with a 6mos warranty or a cheaper with a 10day warranty atleast they give the option and MAKE CLEAR what their warranty is on their site b4 you buy. I wont be buying from NHaler, I know alot of people have a good experience with them so dont start jumping on me thats just the way i am. but to come up with a warranty out of thin air that just happens to be past how long i have had it cmon really?? 3 out of the 6parts i received are bad now 18days after i got them

Didn't say if your dead atty was a LR or not. I love the LR attys from nhaler but have never had one last me more than a week. Sorry you're having such bad luck with your vaping. Hang in there.

Was a standard atty and a LR that died i know they dont last and am not really worried bout those but i switch my batteries so really i only prob used each one for 9days

Do you connect the battery to the charger then plug the charger in?
I've had it react funny if I do it any other way.

Usually i leave the charger in my pc and just screw the battery in, 2day i am using the wall usb charger it seemed to charge the good battery i have left quicker than my pc

Just for giggles try connecting the batt to the charger then plug the charger in. See if anything differs.

I'm using cheapo knockoff ego batts on a hello 016 charger with no problems for over a month.

I had the exact same problem with one of my eGo batteries, although for me it was at about the 24 day mark. Like you also, I was swapping out between the two batteries that came in my kit (blue by the way), and I had even added in a RiVa and had one of those batteries in the lineup (although only used a small amount each day) and a passthrough that was used exclusively for a few days. So at most that battery had 10 days of use on it, although in actuality probably considerably less. I got mine from a different vendor. I didn't bother to contact them since they don't carry the eGo anymore and I had gotten it on sale. I figure it would probably cost me as much in shipping as it would to buy a new one anyway, and since they no longer carry it, I have no idea what the warranty was on it.

But it does make me wonder whether it's worth it to pay for the brand name. A lot of people recommend not getting the knock-offs, to stick to the branded eGo, but if the warranty isn't valid no matter who you bought the brand name product from, it doesn't seem like the warranty is worth that much.

Hi, sorry for your loss. Quick question, I'm not really familiar with the eGo but are you saying you paid like 50-60$ for it and now since the battery is dead the whole unit is dead except the atomizer that you can just unscrew and re-use elsewhere? Can't you just buy a 20$ battery and replace it in the eGo ?

Don't have one, but I read that if they are going to die they usually do it in the first month. So you are not the only one.

Unfortunately, sad but true. I had it happen with my Rivas, but I got them from Vapor Junction and Travis was wonderful about replacing them even though I was awfully close to the 14-day mark.

These batteries have problems. I love them and use them, but I'm very careful with anything LR. LR atties and cartos can kill those batteries easily. That's what happened to me. The LR carto had a short and took the battery with it.

I don't think it's the charger; after all it works fine with the other battery. Get a spare battery (or two) from somebody who offers a better warranty. You can get a Riva for under 20 dollars from here:

Vapors Etc. - Terms of Use

Ross is a good man and offers a 30-day warranty, much better than most, but not as good as Janty. Rivas are very nice and I actually prefer their button--it's soft and rubberized and doesn't stick. Good luck.

Coupon code: vapezone (10% off).
