Ok guys I really need to know what is going on with my batteries. I have about 6 that I rotate. Here's my problem, and it seems to happen random. When I plug my battery into the charger, the light stays green and my led on the battery flashed non stop until I take it out of the charger. Common sense would tell me that the charger is sensing that the batteries are already fully charged, but I know they're not. So when I stick it in there, and it stays green and my led flashes is it receiving a charge or not? Does this happen to you guys ever?

Ah, sorry I don't know anything about that particular model. It is extremely frustrating when it happens. My boyfriend has the same 510 kit and accessories as me and he hasn't had any trouble with charging. Mine have been acting screwy for a couple days. My PCC is showing my batt as fully charged and I started vaping with it and then it died after about 30 minutes. My other batt charged on the wall charger cuts up too sometimes, so I'm trying to rule out bad batteries or chargers on this end. Hope you figure out the problem on your side. Don't get discouraged with vaping all together, as it is electronic stuff and will have problems here and there. Good luck to ya :)

It's possible the problem could be the charger. Make sure you keep the contact threads on the bateries cleaned ... and do the sme periodically with the charger.

I clean my battery threads once/week using Everclear. I clean the charger about once. month.

Everclear is not available in all states ... but any PGA (Pure Grain Alcohol) will work.

If cleaning doesn't do it ... try a new charger.

i have been having the same prob with the 801 auto battery. for me the battery was turning itself on when i screwed it into the charger, i think i got some juice in the vent hole, i draw on the end of the battery like i would draw on the cart (might want a glass of water to rinse your mouth handy as it made me nautious) and got a lot of juice out of it, i started storing my dse801 mouthpiece down in my pocket or flat on a table and standing the batts up on the thread end while im sleeping. i havnt had this problem in a week. hope this helps.

MOS

PS dont let your tongue touch the contacts while drawing on the battery. feels like a 9v :D
