Assuming it doesn't have a MOSFET failure due to a shorted atomizer/cartomizer... I think it is safe to expect at least 200 charge/discharge cycles.
Most suppliers normally say 300 charges and should get 6+ hours per eGo batt charge, depending which batt ur using(the higher mah batts will give u an extended length of time). Considering you only vape for about two hours a day, I would say you would only have to charge every 3-4 days.
Good observation. It attempts to draw more current than the batt is capable of producing. In the process it increases internal resistance in the batt which in turn leads to a shorter life overall.
I don't know what you mean by that. The 130450 battery can produce 2-3 Amps in 10 second bursts without really breaking a sweat. As a matter of fact, it can produce 5 times that......
One of my Ego batts went out after after 5 months. The failure was in the MOSFET circuitry, as ScottBee said. The light would come on, but no voltage to the atty.
The other original batt is still kicking and lasting half a day after 9 months of rotation.

I was just talking about the 130450 CELL itself... not the complete eGo style system. ;-)
Not sure you aware of the new ego 1300 mAh eGos, but they support more than 2500 puffs with full battery charge.
One extremely unhappy Boge Leo user. Atty was dead within 3 weeks, and now the battery is dead. Really teed off, esp. when I just got my two new Leo atty's for a total of $22 for nothing. And the vendor will not replace the dead battery--despite it being under 30 days.
Really sorry to hear about your bad experience with the Leo. I hope the vendor will at least give you a credit for the faulty battery. Especially with a 30 day warranty.
Anyone else have this problem with the LEO? I hope not...I just ordered a bunch of them for me, my family & coworkers!!
We have not had any problems. Just ensure your vendor has some sort of warranty.
If it means anything to you we haven't had a return yet in the month we have been carrying them.
I have found the larger ego batteries fail after about 2 months the std ones last a bit longer 3 to 4 months in rotation.

BTB why would higher voltage or lower resistence improve flavour? I have never noticed any improvement in flavour when going up on the voltage.
