Ego Booster

Ok, so I intended on posting this question in the Ego Booster FAQ thread, but being a new user I don't have privileges to post there yet. Now for my question:

Has anyone tested the Better Life Kingo/Ego batteries from ValueVapor with the Ego Booster? I am very intrigued by this product, but only own these Ego batteries. I was hoping someone out there had the chance to test with one of them and could shed some light on the functionality. Thanks in advance!

To be honest, I think for the price your better off getting a variable volt mod. You can get one from my man Steve at Foxy Mods for a cheaper price then the booster, unless you find one used or on a great sale for a good price.

Thanks for the suggestion! I have to say that the sleek factor does play a larger role in my decision than it probably should.. The elegant design of the Ego and booster addon really sell it for me. That being said, this would be my first jump in to the variable (or even anything beyond 3.7) voltage world, so my priorities might shift later on down the road.

I bought the eGo-booster about three weeks ago --- i must say it is one of the BEST products out there to increase voltage --- if you do not know how to read/use a multimeter --- this product MAY be a little tricky in the beginning ---

THE ONLY THING THAT IS WRONG with the eGo-booster is the pot stops --- these eventually just "break" --- mine broke the first day when I let a friend put it on his eGo-T and after WARNING him not to turn the dial all crazy --- what does he do? --- he starts going clockwise with muscle fingers and "messed" up my pot stops --- pot stops are where you feel the dial stop turning BTW --- it's supposed to start at 3.3V to 4.7V --- but I can tell you --- with a multimeter --- I've got my eGo-booster kicking out 5.7 V --- which in turn will COOK that e-liquid like a mad man --- it WILL dry up your atty quicker than usual but the throat punch and the nicotine deliverance is second to none --- it WILL DRAIN a battery faster --- especially if you using it over 3.7V ---

I just wish that my eGo-booster (SER# EB3411196) came with stronger pot stops --- if that is to be cured -- the product would be 101% !!!! It is that good!!! HIGHLY recommend buying one --- no doubt about it --- you will discover vaping at a whole new level fa sho!

I received an e-mail back from Catherine at BetterLife, assuring me that the Ego Booster will work properly with their batteries. As soon as I've received mine in, I will follow up yet again with first-hand feedback.

Even using it at 3.7V you will notice a nice little difference compared to an eGo. Once you get it I recommend trying the Ressurector cartos from CCV. Many people use them on the regular eGo and love them, but their actually made for 3.7V vaping so when their used on an eGo their not up to their full potential. They will hit like a beast once you run it at 3.7V.
