Hello folk, I recently ordered a Phoenix Bottom Coil tank and a 5 pack of the Phoenix BC carto. Starting off I have to say that they are working really good for me but for one small (MOSTLY unrelated to many) problem, I use an Ego-T batt with the Ego Booster, the 1.4ml carto work tremendously well, hell infact I was surprised as I am used to dripping on a 1 year old 510 atty. My problem is while the cartos work on the booster, when I attach the tank I get no power to it at all, but when I attach it straight to the battery it works... I don't know what the problem could be except for maybe the connection on the Booster, but I could be wrong so I turn to the experts here! :)

Last words: I do not have any problem with Gotvapes products, using these cartos and tank for the past 3 days has tremendously increased my vaping pleasure and would recommend them (any ce3 really) to friends.

First of all, it's not really great as a new user/new user forum to recommend CE3s to other new people. Smokeless Image Ce3s are primer laced crap I threw in the trash. GV Phoenix Bottom Coils are great when they work. My second box was flawed with no real guide holes and I threw that in the trash. The Ce3 and clearomizer market sucks and there is no QC at all. One box can be great, the next garbage with NO REFUNDS. Lots of people post that on ECF. Ce3s/clearomizers are the biggest claw into someones wallet and you can burn so much cash in such a short period. Clearos are fun to try sparingly IF you have a solid back-up system like cartomizers (most reliable thing), vivi nova, solid tank you like. New people need to know that Ce3s, Stardusts, Ce4s, etc can seem cool but can cost you a bundle and be a leaky piece of crap next one/box. New people w/no experience should start with cartomizers then migrate to different things.

CE3s are probably one of the worst things for a new vaperer to deal with as a primary delivery system.

I have never had an issue with ce3s. Ive used several from gotvapes and from smokeless image. I currently have 7 in circulation. The only difference between the smokeless image ones and the gotvapes one is primer. The are made by the same company in the same factory. There are lots of people who like them. Just like there are lots of people who hate cartos.

I love the vivi nova, but there are a lot of posts on here from people who hate them

Well that was a useless post... Did I start this thread to be told that what I have is garbage/be ridiculed? I don't appreciate that one bit. Just because you had no luck with them does not mean others will..

I agree.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the tank version of the Phoenix bottom coil is a ego threaded device and not a 510.

Try pulling the center post in the tank down just a hair. I have this problem too. The tank version connects perfectly on my volt x2 battery, but I'd I switch to an ego twist, I have to adjust the pin down a bit.

Before doing that though, you may want to try and unscrew it just a hair first to see if it's too tight and getting a short.
