Everyone has different opinions but I tried just about everything -- 510/306/regular ego attys, boge carts, dual coil clearos, bottom feeders, LR versions on many -- and the eGo T is the only one that allowed me to quit smoking completely.
The biggest pros in my opinion is the convenience, and the consistency of flavor. Cartos give great hits at first but slowly fade as the batting dries. Filling them involved either very small syringe needles (a red flag for LEO, and constantly buying syringes due to the rubber plunger wearing out quickly), or the spin method, both which got very tedious for me.
For the ego t, you can use a larger gauge needle with a blunt end. No LEO would mistake it for something you could use to shoot up, and its diameter means gravity fees the tank - no syringe plunger to wear out. It's more of a funnel than a syringe. Moreover, it takes 15 seconds to fill, and with a 1000mah battery I can go a full day on one battery and one tank. For me, I think the super low maintenance of the tank refills was the biggest factor in me finally quitting cigs.
I agree that the ego t definitely produces a more muted flavor vs. anything else I've used. However, for me that's a plus... I vape BWB Backo pretty exclusively, and Backo has very little flavor. With other juices the flavors would stick around my mouth even after not vaping a while. Even a pleasant juice can wear its welcome when its constantly in your face (as it were

If you do want a powerful flavor, you can still get the consistency and convenience of tanks by either getting LR attys, or get an eGo Booster. I got the latter, which is a variable voltage adapter for ego batteries. Much more satisfying hit and vapor production.

Ps - I personally have never had any leaks. I also have not tried the ego c. I plan to try them, but I'm on the same 2 attys after 4 months of use and still going strong. Maybe I'm lucky but don't see how the C's would improve things for me since flavor is a non issue.
