Ok got my new charger today and it took 4 hrs to charge the battery. It used to only take 2.5 hrs when I first got my starter kit. It is definately better than the 24 hrs it was taking(sometimes I had to swap out batteries before it was even fully charged). And yes natalia I checked to see if it was hot and it wasn't. :) One thing I did notice with the new charger is the wall adapters light turned green when I plugged it in(on the old one it was constantly red even when the usb turned green after charging) the outlet. When the battery I'm using at the moment dies I will see how long it takes that one to charge and see if its consistant with the other battery. I know the batteries dont last forever so I'm going to start looking for an upgrade and use these as back-ups. Thanks burnah and Natalia for your help.

YAY!!! Mine take 3-4 hours too! I hope it continues to go smoothly for you.:)

Let me/us know what you upgrade to. I'm always looking for something new. (I don't need anything new... but you know. )

Glad it now works! It's possible that the batteries are just getting old and that's why it's taking longer. The malfunctioning charger could have caused cell death in the battery as well. Eitherway, atleast you are getting USE out of them now.

If you wanna stick with the ego profile, check out my new thread in this forum section. I found out the new vv 3-6volt passthroughs use LiFe batteries, which are both safer and longer lasting. The price is the same as a Twist to boot!

Hi Natalia, I dont need anything new either(I love my twists!) but I'm just worried if my current set-up fails I need back-up. So I figured upgrade and have my twist as the back-up!:)

Hi tc1, I've had the twist for 3 months now, when I first got them they would last 3 days until I had to swap bats, now they are lasting 1 day. I know I'm vaping more and also have changed from the excalibur tanks that came with the starter kit to the kanger T3 tanks. It seems when I switched over to the kangers the batteries haven't lasted as long. I think its just coincidence, thanks for the heads up on the passthroughs and will check them out.
