Cheers, I'll have to add 2 of them to my wish list when I buy the twist. What about Ohm ratings, is my thinking on 2.5 to 3 Ohm's correct for the clearomizer's for the twist?

Have just seen they have the eGo fast chargers so added 2 to my wishlist, the list is getting more dear by the minute now up to €93, hope this bloody twist is as good as peeps say it is :)

2-3Ω is fine, but remember, you have a VV battery, so you can adjust the voltage to your liking. That's the beauty of it!

Good luck!

Oh, add a wall wart to your list, AKA a wall adapter (Output: DC 5V, 500mA)--if you don't already own one. I think you do, though! You don't want to charge your battery from your computer's USB port...

Highly recommended. :)

I have 2 wall chargers that my USB charger pugs into to charge my batteries.

My USB charger says.
Input DC 5V 500 mA
Output DC 4.2V 150 mA.
Is that sufficient to charge the twist or do I still need the fat eGo charger?

Kiffy, what you want is an eGo USB fast charger.

Input: DC 5V, 500 mA
Output: DC 4.2V, 420 mA

If you're not sure what you have, look at your charger--there should be a label there. It probably reads:

Input: DC 5V, 500 mA
Output: DC 4.2V, 150 mA

yes your right Katya and have added two to my wishlist for later in the month, thanks for the help, I'm slowly getting there, and really looking forward to smoking my Green Smokes on the plane to Greece later today

Thanks for all the tips/advice, been a great help in setting out what I need when I purchase my twist :toast:

My next/only problem left is what flavour liquid to choose, want to get away from tobacco, have been using coffee carts with my Green Smoke and bought a 50ml coffee bottle for my 510, but it's bloody vile, rather smoke Camel Dung flavour, will experiment with a few 10ml bottles to find a taste I enjoy, any suggestions, was thinking of trying cherry.

I'm flying out to Greece in 8 hours for a well earned vacation, taking my Green Smoke with 25 carts, and my 510 with a half full 50ml bottle and 4 batteries for each. So no fear I will run out of Vaping materials or accessories :vapor:

Yeah, your 510 charger will work, but it will take forever to charge your Twist.

Where are you getting your hardware? I could give you some tips wrt to eliquids, but people's taste buds are so different! You really have to experiment... You're in Ireland, right? Have you tried the Decadent Vapour line? Great juices, clean, some of my favorites are from DV. Look them up. If you like coffee, their Doppio Espresso and Cafe Brasiliano are excellent! I also like more exotic flavors, like Absinthe and Ylang-Ylang (thank you, Kent C) and spearmint. :) Janty and Ecopure are also good and readily available in Europe! Read juice reviews, get a few small bottles and have fun sampling them!

Have a great trip, Kiffy!

Is there way to tell what voltage each line is?

edit: doh! did some simple math and discovered they're 0.2v increments. Must think harder before asking internet in the future, lol.

And, if you put it in between the lines, you will get .1 increments;)

I freaking love these things! Never thought I'd care about VV, but since I was upping my bat power anyways, and the price was right, I thought I'd give the twist a go. I am beyond impressed, and vape each juice at a different voltage. Never thought it was possible to like my ADVs even more!!!

Same here, it's just so easy to Twist to nirvana;)

I have a 650 mah Twist and am very happy with it. I use a Provari at home, and both KGO and Twist when I'm at work or "out and about" for the portability. The Twist does a good job on the juices I want more heat on, and in terms of delivering the VV experience, substitutes fairly well for the Provari with the advantage of being in a nice, pocket-sized package. The 1000 is a bit long for me, so I sacrifice the battery life for smaller size. I alternate the KGO and the Twist at work and charge the Twist 1x in the afternoon.

On a 2.0 ohm carto I rarely go above 4.2 volts, so I don't need more voltage than the device can reliably deliver.

Even vaping at lower voltages, which I like for Raspberry or Watermelon, it is Great that I set 3.5 volts and that's what I get from beginning to end!

I'm Lovin' IT!

I see Vapors Choice has the 650 Ego Twist in blue black or silver for 19.00 and the 1000 for 22.00. Joyetech Ego-C Twist 650mah Black Battery [650 twist BB] - $19.00 : Vapors Choice, Ecigarettes & Parts

Yes, fabulous price! I have a 650 pearl pink that I love so when I saw that ad last night I just had to order a 1000 in silver!!!!

BWT- I'm having trouble finding something to match my pearl pink battery. Does anyone know if the type a or b atty cover fits and will look good over a carto? I have a silver cone cover (believe it is a big bore but not poisitive). It looks ok but the carto sticks out about 1/4" longer and looks kind've silly.

Would like to know what other people use with their twists? I know I ask for too much but it would be sooooo nice if quality and esthetics where possible.

I currently have a 3ml Phoenix on mine. Yeah, on a 1000mAh Twist with the cap on, it turns it into a small tree. :) I've also used it with the Stardusts, small Phoenix, and regular cartos. As far as what looks best, smoke-coloured Stardust or 3ml Phoenix. They suit it best -- well, the black one, anyway.
