Just got 4 of these yesterday. Two for me and two for my girlfriend. I'm already finding myself vaping with this just as much as I do my provari. Definitely impressed. PBusardo's review definitely helped with the decision. It may have already been posted in this thread (haven't looked through all 35 pages yet), but here's the link.... :)

I have two 1000 mah Ego Twists, and I have really been enjoying them. I have a new appreciation of various juices I didn't like very much. Fine-tuning the voltage makes all the difference. The same is true for various cartomizers that I didn't like until trying them at fine-tuned voltages. Example: a bland banana juice without much flavor turned into a ripe banana with all kinds of flavor. So, open up that junk drawer and give everything another try. You just might be surprised.

I posted this in the DV Thread, but wanted to add in here as well. Also, this one has the new pic that I did not have in the DV thread.

Received my 900mah Twist today and it came fully charged. Thanks Eric.

First impressions of the Twist:

This thing is a lot thinner than my e-power 14650. Feels strange in my hand, but I am sure I will get used to it.
It is a hair bit longer than my e-power, about a half an inch. This is something I can live with too.
Now, the great part. I plugged in my CE3 and left it at the lowest setting, 3.2, and my buttery nipple e-liquid tastes amazing. I started to crank it up, .2volts at a time, and found that the flavor was about the same until I hit 4volts. At 4volts, the juice tasted burnt. I did the same for my Banana Mama and Strawberry ICE and they also tasted the same until I hit 4volts and then tasted burnt. I guess I like the CE3s at low voltage. Should make the battry last a little better
Lastly, I plugged in a LR stardust and got similar tresults. The Stardust seems to have a sweet spot at 3.6volts and I could take it to 4 without tasting burnt. This was also with the buttery nipple. P.S. I love that I do not need an adapter to fit the Stardust on the Twist. It looks very sleek!

These results might also be due to me liking sweet juices, I will try my RY4 a little later and also see how the battery lasts. So far, I like the Twist a lot, having the option to turn it down, from for the e-power provides, seems to be my favorite feature...lol.

One complaint, however, the cone I purchased on this order from DV will not work with the CE2 or CE3

Addition to my initial thoughts. I actually love the extra length of the 900mah Twist. The e-power would not reach the bottom of my hand and the Twist does. This means that I am not feeling the sharp edges of the PV on the bottom part of my hand. I am a big guy, so this might not be the same for everyone. But to me, it's a perfect length

Thanks! Requires a manual paypal transaction to complete order though, kinda strange.

GotVapes is another good vendor I use. They sell the 650 and 1000 but are a little more than DV. They take credit card on their site though, if the manual payment really bothers you.:)

one more thing. To me the 900 is the way to go, it's the pèrfect length.

I agree I got the 1000 but it is too long for me. I wish I would have got a 900.

The 900 fits perfect in my hand, I wouldn't want it any bigger. It's, however, a little short of making it an entire day for me. I will need to buy one more to keep me happy:vapor: As long as DV keeps their pricing at $24, I don't mind:)

I didn't know they make a 900. That sounds better than the 650 and not as hefty as the 1,000 mah.

Thanks, went with DV anyway! Excited to join the club. Now if I could just find a solid carto/clearo solution to stick with. I'll be reading through the rest of this thread to look for ideas.

Carto: Boge XXL. It's about the only one left that I like now that SmokTech has gone to pot.
Clearo: Long multi-wick Stardust. The only Stardust I've liked so far. Although I have the forthcoming Stardust 2 coming soon and the new Vivi Nova v2 coming as well which I hear good thing about, so we'll see how they fare.

I went with the 3ml DCT tank from Liberty Flights, but I use the single coil 3.0 ohm carto at the bottom of the page that I linked below. Works great at almost all voltage settings on the twist. Little weak at the lower settings, but it really shines at the higher voltages. Reasonable priced as well especially if you use the 20% discount at the top of the page. :)

i love my twist, since im at work or on the move more than im at home this thing gets used way more than my provari, itll last me a full day+......
I have the 1000mah version, im going to pickup a 900 and see how it works out, I dropped my 1000mah twist on concrete the other day- it landed right on its dial end head on, when i picked it up the button way cocked and stuck inside its hole lit and vaping, i thought it was screwed and couldnt pry the button out... finally i just banged the connection end against a table and felt the insides slide back into position- the button popped back into place and been working fine ever since, so to me it seems like theres some extra room inside the bat tube and not sure why they didnt just make it shorter, besides that mishap- its been great
