Thanks OP for starting this thread, I purchased a few Twists in part because of the info here and where it led me. Thanks Kent, coz, and Phil.
I've had a regulated, VV mod for about a year and a half but this device's form factor piqued my interest. Started vaping on an eGo so I have some experience there. Loved the form factor, not the oomph. Prior to trying the Twist I assumed the eGo cone would enhance its VV capability. Plenty of discussion in the past about the cone's effects on this board : heat retention and draw adjustability.
My early Twist impression is favorable. It won't replace my mod, but it'll be on the road with me. It's light and stealthy and performs as advertised. If this had been available when I started VV, I probably would've been doing the Twist since then. Assuming long-term reliability, it'll be great for newbies struggling to transition to vaping and for oldies to satiate the itch via VV. For me, VV did and does make vaping satisfying.. Well mostly, there is the daily snus.
Here's what I got from 2 Twist 650mAh batts:
Using a couple of month old, Joye 2.3 Ω nom, 510 atty. It's actual Ωs metered to 1.9 prior to the Twist and remains there.
I kept the voltage at approx 4.2 throughout. I say approx because I did from time to time meter (DMM, don't have a setup for under load) the voltage throughout the Twist's range. The Twist's dial's lines (reading glasses required

) agreed to the DMM readings to a reasonable +- .05 Ω... close enough!
Using a 3ml bottle and the scientific, eyeball method

... The 2 fully charged batts each gave me 1.8 ml fluid of output.
As to the voltage drop off : I was too late to catch the drop off via DMM on the first batt. However on the second, I happened to check just prior to the Twist shutting down. At its max setting of 4.8, I was metering to 4.7. At 4.2 or so I was getting 4.2 or so.

I did sense over about 15 mins prior to the device shutting off some decrease in performance. I'm curious to what ECF's experts will get from their more able testing.
I don't have exact recharge times, but through a wall main it's been better than 5 hours (two separate chargers) and counting*.
Again, assuming long-term reliability, the Twist is a hit. Stealth and performance, the cone effects, the eGo firing button and form factor all work for me. Great job to all who brought this to market.
*EDIT: the first batt took 5'45" to charge.
*EDIT #2 : the second took 2'55".. don't know the reason for the discrepancy yet. 2 different chargers - same rating. Batt #1's charge took too long. #2, from what I've read is the norm.
