ego charger issue?

got my new ego kit friday and everything went well until i went to charge my first dead battery...

i attach the battery to the charger and the batt blinks 5 times to say its attached and charging but the charger says nothing... it just stayed green

seems to be charging the batts fine...

But am I damaging the battery? Is the charger defective? should i send it back?

has anyone else come across this problem?

Mine does that all the time eventually it goes red and charges but takes a long time to turn red I have tried 2 dif chargers and same results

I was told when I bought mine-

1 Unplug the charger
2 Attach the battery
3 Plug in the charger

Mine will do the same as yours sometimes if I do not follow this procedure.
My girlfriends kr808 will not charge at all unless you unplug first.
I don't know if this allows it to reset or what, but we bought our stuff back in April and it still works.
