i finally ordered a few EMDCCs from Madvapes to try out. i really hope these work well for my wife so i can get her to give up the tanks. they should be here tomorrow so ill let you guys know what we think.

I find the EMDCC's are virtually hassle-free and a pleasure to use. Hope you and your wife have the same experience.

If your rolling in cash you can get 500 EMDCC's
from Smok Tech's Alibaba site for $1.20 apiece.
For me , I'm broke as a joke.

Sorry, that's just not the case. They are advertising it, but if you ask them directly they will say Sorry, but Madvapes has the exclusive on them...
bummer

I wonder why they would say that. Nhaler has them for $3.50 each - COV had them but sold out (at 4 bucks a carto, they sold out. amazing) - I remember seeing them at one other place for 4 bucks, too (might have been sterling or one of the other sites that looks like them). So, if your inquiry was met with a rejection over an exclusive, it might be worth checking again. But, then...500 is a whole lot of cartos. It could be worth a co-op, but you'd be using EMDCCs for a very, very long time if you got 500. One of mine went 26 days before I threw it out. The other one is still going. Consuming 6 cartos a month, that's getting close to a 7 year supply. And, I think it's likely that the number would be less than 6.

EDIT: Nevermind about the number of years. I didn't notice you are a registered supplier. The rest stands, though. If nhaler and cov have them now, then they must not be exclusives any more... unless nhaler and cov got theirs from madvapes.

smoktek is in st. petersburg right now, but, in about 2 weeks, rob is moving the store over to st. pete beach (i love spb ... used to live waterfront just across the bridge from spb before i moved downtown! i miss that now!!!)

No kidding!? I lived in St. Pete all my life until I moved to Denver! SPB is the best!!

OK, business...I've had mine for about 5 days now. Things I've noticed:

Flavor: Much improved over tanks or any other carts/cartos I've tried. And you can mix flavors in one as long as they're similar.

Filling: Very easy, but be careful! Juice leaks out the batt end very easily. A sloooww fill works better.

Vapor: A bit better than the Type B tanks I was using. Not the "I can't see the keyboard" that I read earlier, but still very, very good.

Warmth: Goldilocks. Not too hot, not too cold...just right.

Battery Life: Honestly, I haven't noticed any difference between these and the Type B tanks. I'm using 2 900s and a 1000 Ego batts.

So far, none have gunked up, failed to fire on the genuine Ego batts, or needed adjusting. All in all, I'm a very happy vaper!

lol, yeah, I'd be getting them from MV too, if they had them! That would explain why they cost more, right?

Weeelllll... I do business with both of those places so I hope no one reading takes this as any sort of a negative comment. Both COV and Nhaler are excellent vendors and I respect Drew and Bruce. -- That said: Nhaler is a little notorious for above average mark-up and often COVs prices are in the upper tier too, specifically considering new products, anyway. -- And, madvapes does more volume than both of those vendors put together (judging by incremental invoice numbers I have on receipts from all three businesses, madvapes does maybe 100 X the business). So, it could very well be that Hoogie can afford lower mark-ups.

But, it wouldn't surprise me for a second if a few suppliers get some of their stock from bigger suppliers.

Just got my EMDCCs this afternoon. Man, these things hit hard :D

I guess I didn't blow out quite all the oil when I loaded up the first one as it was extremely nasty for the first hour but it's working fine now. Huge flavor and the thing puts out more vapor than I have lungs ;)

edit: I must have got some of the last batch of whistle tips - I think I might like the round tip better.

Looks like they're no longer using the rubber whistle tips anymore. Now they have a round rubber tip.

Glad you said something about the new tips. I didn't even notice. I'll hang on to the whistle tips just in case I don't like the round tip.

I wish they wouldn't have printed that crap advertising on them also.

Sure hope the mouth end is large enough to use as a drip tip! I really do like the rubber tips.

As to 'oil', never encountered the issue with the eMDCCs.

I don't worry 'bout ads... I have several batts that I'd call Dalmation patterened... For me, it's vaping, not a fashion show.

Just got my emdcc's today. So far I like the echo-e better. They hit pretty similar, echo a little bit cooler. But the dual coil tends to pop quite a bit and only works on one of my batteries. And of course the one it works on is my 1000 so it's pretty big compared to my 650. Granted this could swing the other way easily if I got a finicky batch of echoes and a well behaved dual coil lol.
