Haven't had to adjust a single thing with the new version on my new KGOs. You should be good to go.

Also, liberty flights order just rolled in. Be somewhat weary of the ego derlin tip they're selling. It fits an EMDCC, but it is an absurdly tight fit. Holy crap. It shaved a piece of the o-ring off putting it in the first time. The taste does get less rubbery with it, though. I'm a fan.

I have a metal one that I bought for my ego mega atty and it fits nice and snug but not absurdly tight. I never liked the metal though, it gave me the shivers. I like the whistle tips and have been saving all the old ones to use on the bottle tip versions I bought before they brought back the new whistle tip. Yikes, these emdccs are a hoot...we are sure having different experiences with them. Truthfully I bought them to use at work for break times, didn't want to alarm anyone pulling out juice bottles and doing fills with only ten minutes to catch a hit of nic. But now that I'm home I'm using the smaller cartos more and just tried a Smoktech 1.7 rejuvinator on the KGO with stunning results.

Tracking says my 30ml of bwb malty will be here tomorrow. I think I know what to do with that last empty EMDCC! :D

I tried that Malty Toffee several months ago. I found it needed weeks of steeping time. Maybe because back then I was using ego A tanks. I may need to re-visit some juices with all the new hardware I have now, they might take on a whole new life. Last night I went on a tossing rampage and threw out maybe 20 bottles of juice. They really get nasty when they sit for months on end. Turning dark and smelling like lube grease. IDK, I stored them all in a tightly sealed plastic container and stored in dark cool place, but still they went bad. I guess the shelf life for most juice is 3 months max unless refrigerated?

A few weeks ago I started out with five Madvapes EMDCCs with the baby bottle tips and they performed very well. I killed one with a paperclip and I'm soaking the remaining four. I just received my order of four more today, same tips, from Madvapes. I've filled two with juice and they're performing great! I need to retract what I said a few weeks ago about the flavor seeming weak. I don't know if it's me or the EMDCCs, but I'm getting immense flavor and throat hit, even with lowering my nic level from 18 to 12. The C&D from Alien Visions tastes almost too strong for me now, like a strong cigarette. We'll see how the Boba's Bounty performs in these things.

i went to the link referenced for the emdcc drip tips mv is selling now and, from the product photo, i see these are the shorter type-b drip tips. i have both sizes now having purchased the longer one from ecigexpress awhile back. the longer one has a little more surface to grip when removing from the carto ... find it pretty difficult to remove the shorter one and sometimes need one of those rubber jar openers to grasp it. i haven't looked lately, so i'm not sure if ecigexpress still has the other ego mega type b drip tips.

i need to correct that i called the emdcc filler center hole a tube in one post. it is not an actual tube. the filler is just rolled around the coils in such a way that it appears to be a tube. it's quite easy to just grasp the filler with a tweezer and pull it out of the carto, leaving the coils still attached. i'm saving the filler material to use for something else at a later date.

also, mad vapes finally answered my ticket yesterday (yay!), and they say i probably received a bad batch of emdcc's, so they gave me enough points to replace them. they insist that what they are selling now is the exact same product that was sold from the very begining ... late june/early july and that i must have received cartos from a bad batch. i suppose it's possible they received a bad batch and passed them on to their customers. i'll put another order in and see what they send me. it will be great if i can continue buying emdcc's from mv. at least i see that they really do appreciate a regular customer and are willing to stand behind their product when it is clearly not functioning properly.

i do prefer buying the bulk of my products from one online store, so i'm hoping the replacement emdcc's work as well as those first ones i raved about back in early july. i can't wait to get the replacements!! i'm reserving any further judgement until i receive "the goods" and have a chance to do some serious vaping! thanks mad vapes! :) i think i'll split my order and get half bottle tips and half whistle tips, so, this time, i can compare.

was hoping to have my EMDCCs from both madvapes and vapingzone by this weekend. buuut both places shipped them yesterday.. kinda weird to order something on monday-tuesday and its thursday before it ships *shrug*

i also put in a ticket with MFS regarding the green apple juice i ordered from them. i tried it out in a friends PV and neither of us could really taste it. has a rather sharp hit to its flavor. not sure what their returns policy is for juice. but i think if i spend $60 on unvapable juice i should get a replacement. we shall see.

seems like, for me, i run into difficulties in finding stuff that works well for me. having a hard time finding some good juice i like, as well as having a hard time finding some atomizers/cartomizers that work reliably

side note. the 1 EMDCC that does produce vapor give kind of a heated paper/cardboard taste... >=/

Glad to see MV taking care of you. Restores my confidence with them. I see they just received another large batch of over 9000 flat tip EMDCC's. I hope the next order you receive will be just as good as your initial order. I'll be watching for update reviews, before making my decision where to place my next order.

Hey, Kirwin - isn't this purty? Image snagged off Happy Vaper's site.

edit: That's stainless, not titanium - I'm pretty sure VZ's got clones the same color. You probably don't wanna order cartos from Canada ;)

thanks, kirwin ... sure hope mv gets it right this time! i've never had such a good vape as with those first emdcc's (with my kgo's). maybe mv just had a problem with the supplier and didn't realize it until recently. i will definitely post a review on what they send me this time. :)

@VeggieGirl, were the EMDCCS that you were unsatisfied with the ones in the green bag? the Smok brand DCCs? just wondering what they maybe be sending to me

i just looked at the wrappers that my last emdcc's came in, and it's actually blue ... not green. someone else said hers came in a green wrapper, and i thought i must be getting color blind, but i've checked, again, and compared with other green and blue items around me, and the wrapper color of the ones i have is definitely blue. i don't see how i could be mistaken on that. yes, they had "smok" printed on them. however, i also received a few before this last batch that did not have "smok" printed on them and were in a clear wrapper, yet they weren't as good as those first ones but were at least vapable.

i will concede that the wrapper is a strange shade of blue to me but still looks blue! lol does everyone else see green, too? must just be me. :)

Other than the clear wrapped ones I got in my first order, all of the other ones were in what I would call "garden hose green"

Definitely not blue.

and all these years i was thinking green was blue! lol that does it(!) ... definitely have to ask some people i know what color they think these wrappers are. after that, i'll definitely be seeing my eye doctor and see what she says! lol compared to certain shades of blue, these look more green, but compared to certain shades of green, they look more blue. perception!! it could be the lighting in my apartment, too. but ... i have a green frog sitting on an end table, and the wrappers really, really look blue to me. :)
