The wattage is somewhat dependent on how hot you want the vape. With those TI coils probably somewhere in the range of 17 to 20 watts. But only used in TC

I don't think the wattage is totally unreasonable for a 0.5 coil, but I would probably begin lower myself. With drop-in coils, starting lower is usually a safe bet, you can always adjust up, but you don't want to fry your coil, either.

I have sought out gear that suited my tastes - I refuse to change my way of inhaling to suit the gear. If I'm gonna do that, I may as well quit as I want something that emulates smoking to keep me from smoking.

You have to learn to walk before you can run. No one is telling him how to vape, or even what to use to vape but he should at least learn why he is doing something and why it works or doesn't. This may not be the correct gear for him but how is he going to know without understanding what this particular type of gear is capable of?

I'm hear to learn so I don't go back to smoking. All info is taken as a student...no issues whatsoever.

4+ years ago I tried a Starter Kit filled with nicotine e-juice...and immediately (and completely) gave up analogs...(I'm one of those people on ECF who "gave up smoking 'by accident'")...

After 1 or 2 months I noticed (or imagined) a (subtle) "mental fog"...

After reading about WTA I decided to try some...and the mental haziness cleared completely...with my "energy level" returning to what I was used to in my smoking days...

Because it was somewhat expensive ($24/30ml.)...I'd only do 5-10 puffs in the morning when I woke up, 5-10 puffs in the afternoon and 5-10 puffs in the evening...

But then @stols001 posted a site with much more inexpensive WTA...$9.99/30ml. or $29.99/120ml....

Now...I fill half my tanks with (my normal) Nicotine-6mg. and half my tanks with WTA...and Life Is GREAT

[As a side-note...if you decide to try some WTA...Nicotine-mg. and WTA-mg. seem to be quite different...

If I increase my regular Nicotine-6mg. to 9mg....I get nauseous and mildly light-headed...

But I can vape "The Blends" WTA-12mg. or "TasteMaker" WTA-24mg. with NO side effects...(other than increased alertness and peacefulness)]...

So its been a couple of days since I rewicked the coil, and have been fiddling with TC settings and have finally settled on what I like. 420F and 21.5W works perfect for me. May be on the high end of watts for the coil (its rated 0.5 ohm, shows as 0.68 ohms) but I'm loving the flavour. Airflow is open half way (best guess estimate). In fact, have been vaping my old juices and they all taste so much better...haven't touched my supertank since Sunday!

So, this begs a few questions:

1. Are Titanium coils always so flavourful? How would you compare Ti to SS in terms of flavour?
2. If I rebuild a CLR coil with stainless steel, would I have to change my wattage and temp settings again?
3. I wonder if I can rebuild my super tank coils with titanium wire and try and emulate the CLR?

Oh the taste....I can't believe my juices taste so good....its a shock and revelation!

This is subjective but to me SS tastes better than Titanium. SS is a little easier to work with than TI also as it is less springy

My husband noticed the same (foggy, lightheaded almost) and whatnot. I knew there would be a run on WTA at that price, I ordered a bunch (for the husband, although I am using it too). So, I got a bunch and yes, for me a little goes a long way, but more is better. LOL.

1. I prefer the Titanium coils over all other wires. To me the taste is superior
2. Yes, each type of wire has its own properties that deal with the heat differently. SS can also be used in wattage mode as well as TC.
3. Never tried rebuilding the coils for the super tanks....are they stock coils you are talking about?

Yes. Ive seen a few rebuilds on youtube. I feel titanium tastes better than ss.

They posted: "We are marking our sub ohm 6 MG WTA down this month to $9.98 per bottle...along with our "ECF" coupon of 10% off that brings it to $8.99 for one bottle"...

Unfortunately, as it turns out, it doesn't really help (me)...

Since they're relatively expensive...I always order their WTA-24mg....(getting "more WTA/$")...

Sry it didn't help you. But tell me how you use it? Do you just put drops into your already mixed juice? The WTA-24 contains no nic, is that correct? How does it correlate to the mg strength or does it make no difference as to the mg strength? Luckily, I have never needed this, but do know some who may benefit from it.

I thought the wholesale 24 or 36 was indicating a nicotine level? I just mixed in slight amounts in my tank, at the time, it was not enough to significantly boost my nic level to the point that I noticed. Some people DIY with them, but I don't think that is strictly necessary....
