I love the white ones and the blacks as well. But they are just not as durable. Optimistic, rose!

My colors scratched up like crazy too, which is a bummer because the red is HAWT!

I wonder if the coating is different on the mini? Until recently I only used the mini ones and I have not had a problem with the colors. I am now using a regular one in black, we shall see.
Of course, I am a princess who doesn't mar her atty's lol.
They might be different. I've only had one small one, which was black, and I didn't use it enough to muck it up.
I'm TERRIBLE with stuff though. Klutz City.
I use only the mini's, haven't had a problem with the colors. I do try to be careful, but you know.....
This is the red one that I do use. It's a "beater" setup for me now (secondary player, see-bee-dee), so it's staying. 
Welp, "Princess" (et al), I did a more in depth investigation this morning, and it's actually the BLACK one that gave me probs. I messed it up so much (don't know how, as I'm pretty careful, too) that I nicknamed him "Chippy".
The base got so nicked up that I finally gave him a vodka bath, and removed all the black. I will eventually do that to the rest of him.

Looks to me like Chips realized it was just too boring black for the Bling Kween and is doing it's best to become a candidate for some dazzling treatment.

Possibly (probably) it's just me...but I only really look at a new tank for the first day (or 2) after I put it on a mod...after that I don't really "see" it anymore...
(It's like when a young fella ran a red-light into the side of my trusty ol' Santa Fe...[moderate damage but doors/windows/mirror worked fine].
After a day or 2...I stopped upsetting myself about it...and I no longer "saw" [or even noticed] the damage.)

The socks are supposed to be white, with stripes up top.
Colors supporting your favorite football team are OK.
You know that I'm one to switch things up, 440. When I'm feeling REALLY funky, I have one pink and one purple.
Kinda like a Provari "fade".
