I just ordered 10 CLR coils 1.0 ohm. Now the wait for their arrival starts. I haven't even gotten my EGO one mega v2 yet. Tracking says on the way to destination country. I hope the coils that come with it aren't too bad which seems unlikely after reading about those here. I wish the free shipping was faster :glare:

After you get it and vape with it some let us know how you like it.

So I used a scale to get an idea of the center pin hole on gs air coils. They seems to be close to 2mm. Can't be sure about the 1/10ths of an mm. I ended up changing my order to 0.5ohm coils. Let's see how it turns out. I might end up building 1.0 ohm coils in the 0.5ohm heads. I know it's the opposite of what most vapers do

A 1.8 mm drill bit will fit into the pin of a GS-Air 1.5 ohm horizontal coil. A 1.9 mm bit will not fit.

A 1.8 mm drill bit will NOT fit into the pin of a 1.0 Joyetech CLR coil - although it seems to me that is just by a hair. I can get it sort of stuck in the hole, but it will not slide completely through the pin. A 1.7 mm bit will go through the pin, but it is somewhat loose and wobbles a bit. I'd call it closer to 1.8 mm.

Thanks for useful information and reaffirming that I made the correct decision to change my order :thumb:

Super bad gurgling and spit back with stock CL coils. Gonna have to wait for CLRs. No leakage/seepage though :vapor:
Sorry to hear that, @Mohid ! I have this sometimes happen more with certain flavors, like cinnamon and coffee.
For anyone who needs tanks - Lite cig is a good source and they are having a 10% off sale:
