Ego-Pyramid tea,fluval,or cartomizers?

I had a lapse in my use of e cigs for a few months but just recently upgraded my 510 too an ego,it works great!All I used on my 510 was the original fiber with a straw mod.Now I use pyramid tea bags on my ego,im still tweaking it around.Anyways whats the most popular way people are vaping today?Should I start using cartos with the condom method?What's the best way?

Dripping is popular but you can't do that while driving. Have you tried blue foam in carts yet? Strictlyejuice.com has precut blue foam for standard 510 carts (I think 10 pieces for 75 cents). Cheapest way to try blue foam.
