Or, try out Boge 2.0 ohm Cartomizers. You may never look back. No plastic taste and the taste and vapor are great. Filling is a breeze and you don't have to fool with adjustments, cleaning, or leakage.
Why do folks feel the need to flaunt their preferences in a thread that is not germane to their preferences? Some folks have had great success with the eGoT and some not. The folks that have not IMHO have failed to used their device appropriately, once again IMHO. I have yet to have problems with my T systems going on 14 months, maybe I am just lucky... :D

Thanks for the video link. Another adjustment I'd like to make would involve spinning the plate so it lines up the same as the other Atty. So that the buttons line up the same. Is that possible or would it break something?

I haven't noticed that it matters much how the tank is inserted in terms of it lining up with the spike plate and so just turn the mouthpiece to wherever I want it. However, if you want line things up, the ever helpful Vicki has another video that shows how to remove the spike plate as part of cleaning eGo-T attys. The only issue there is that sometimes the wick is glued to the coil by burned on gunk and therefore pull out of the spike when the plate is removed. That's not a disaster if the wick pulls out as a complete unit as it can be put back into the spike but can be a real problem if just some of the strands stay stuck to the coil as the wick is so tiny that it's pretty much impossible to bunch all of the wick strands back together with the little mesh "cap" (although I suppose some very determined and patient soul might be able to do so with better eyes than mine, perhaps with the aid of an illuminated magnifying stand).

Have you thought about upgrading to the eGo-C? Cignot has eGo-C starter kits for only $20 (eGo-C type A kit and eGo-C type B kit). One advantage there is that the atty is separate from the cone so with a little trial and error you can put it in so that it lines up with wherever you want the button to be. The attys are also a lot cheaper ($5) to replace than the eGo-T atomizer cone (~$13) on the eGo-T model.

I'm sensitive to PG and so am left with just VG juices and can assure you that filling Boge LR cartos was not a "breeze" even with VG juice well thinned out with distilled water. I tried drip filling, condom filling, and even a syringe and it was a very slow process because it just did not want to soak into the filler. And although you may not have to occasionally make a simple, one time wick adjustment with Boges, you do have to frequently pop off the cap and top them off, which is not exactly my idea of fiddle free. As for taste and vapor being "great," that's really a matter of individual preference as I found the vapor to be too hot and harsh for my liking. I did get a slight increase in taste with some flavors but others were at best rather disconcerting (hot lemonade is not my definition of "great") and at worst almost burnt tasting. So to each their own...
