I just switched from 901s to an ego system. I purchased a starter kit and an Xpressomizer clearomizer from ecigexpress.com.
The attys it came with are okay however one seems to be defective as it seems it is burning at a much higher resistance than the other. I have tried both with the same liquids and one gives a better TH and VP than the other. These attys are type A.

Then i tried the xpressomizer which seems to work very well with no leaks and it is rated at 2-2.2ohms.
the only problem with this thing is that it is huge and the mouthpiece comes off with little effort-- meaning if i were to put it in my pocket, it could possibly fall off and you know the rest...

Id like to find a good setup that uses something like the xpressomizer but without any risk of it leaking in my pocket.

Are the ego-t type A low resistance attys my best option?
I havent found a consistent rating among these attys as far as the ohms go but id like something in the range of 2.

I haven't played with the ego-T LR attys, admittedly. However, for something which doesn't leak, I -strongly- advise the Riva-T tanks (you can find them for $4.95 from this website: Cropduster901 eCigs, Vaporizers and Supplies ). You can pick up a pen-style cap, they hold about 2 ml of juice (the website says 2.5ml, but honestly, 2ml is about as much as I put in so that it doesn't end up escaping the tankomizer), and while they're a little higher than you're looking for (they're 3ohm), they work out rather well. They come with a whistle tip, but you can fit a lot of smaller drip tips on them if you prefer something a bit more rounded.

They fit and work very well on the ego batts. I find they work even better on Riva batts, but as I have one Riva batt and a bunch of ego batts, I have to say I still tend towards the egos. ;)

The one minor annoyance with these is that you do need a syringe to fill them. There is no way to drip-fill them. But 2ml of juice lasts for an awfully long time.

Hi Alpha, I think I may have a few solutions for you..... Vision CE2 Clearomizers for 510 and eGo or GP CE2 Regular Humongomizer Set-up for eGo 2.0ml . I have both. I use both. They both have great performance, fit MOST eGo style pvs and simply (for Me) blow away the style a or b atty/tank combos. I said most because the Vision clearomizer didnt fit my eGo clone correctly but it works like a champ on a standard eGo. I found the threads on the clone extend farther up the fluting on the base and block proper airflow. The threads only extend about 1mm up higher where the Joye model has a slight taper at the top and the threading begins a very slight bit lower. Good Luck. Happy Vaping.

Oh Hi ladypixel.... I never use a needle to fill my humungomizer(same equipment as your riva t tank).... I use a small jewlers screwdriver to remove the silicone cap, then fill into the open top, insert silicon plug and Voila! I have been using this as my all day vape now for about six weeks, filling about twice per day. The only things to be cautious of when removing the plug are the coil, and the hole intended for filling(avoid prying on either). I pry up from the inside of the center hole with the screwdriverone one side... then the other. Takes less time for me to do it this way than to fill the syringe and go that route. Hope that helps simplify things a bit.

My experience is that the Riva-T tank's silicone cap won't come off -- I actually read this advice starting out and killed one of the first couple Riva-T's I got in. The center hole's a little smaller, and the coil's actually slightly visible inside of it. But filling the syringe isn't all that difficult to me (my dad was diabetic, I got really familiar with prepping syringes early on, it's the same process), and honestly, it's less of a hassle to me than removing the cap would be. ;)

Good move in switching to the eGO. Started and successfully got off of analogs with the Joye 510, but soon found myself in a passionate love affair with the VEC and eGO-T. The 1.1ml tanks rock for me but I've been recently turned on to cartomizers from nearly overwhelming pressure from ECF peers. I really like the Boge LR 2.0 for the eGO and the Boge SR 3.0 for the 510. I've had absolutely no desire for a cigarette since January 6th and am enormously happy with the systems below.

Top L-R: VEC 650 mAh w/tank, eGO 110 mAh w/Boge XL LR 2.0 carto, and eGO 900 mAh with Boge LR 2.0 carto. Below are the Joye 510-T and 510 with Boge SR 3.0 carto.

The Boge XL LR 2.0 is one hot puppy, I mean hot, that has a ton of TH with clouds of vapor but taste suffers a bit. On the third refill its burning juice. I like the 2.0 SR on the eGO/VEC and the 3.0 on the 510....510 batteries last about 1.5 hrs for me with the 2.0.

Cool, thanks for all the suggestions.
Are you able to elaborate more on "how the taste suffers" with the boge attys? Those look like a good choice and seem like theyll be secure in ones pocket.

Okay....took a min to put up another pic....this just concerns the Boge XL LR 2.0 cartos as the standard "shorty" Boges are fine. The excessive vapor heat and bootkick to the throat really overwhelm taste. The longer I vape the carto, the worse the taste gets and the coil eventually begins to burn the juice. First pic is of one I topped off twice today. The second is the one used for over two days....it actually got so hot it began to separate from the screw base.

I really love the taste of my juice and if it gets altered in any way it's not satisfying. It could be my juice (Dekang Desert Ship 24mg), perhaps they require frequent cleaning....whatever. If you don't mind heat, they vape like crazy and the taste isn't horrible....just overwhelmed or diminished.
