Ego T charger

Hi first post , looking for some advise really , been using the ego T charger and batteries for 6 months no problem , just bought a vivid battery to replace an old battery however will not charge , threads are ok and sits in charger , battery is not locked but will not light up when put on charge thought it may not be connecting in charger so pulled out battery and charger terminals but still no success any ideas please ??

Who are Vivid? Maybe you should buy a charger off them.

(just don't buy anything else... )
