Before you fill a tank for the first time I recommend piercing the cap in the atty, pull the tank back out and then fill via a syringe and needle. Don’t remove the cap to fill. Once the cap has been on/off a few times it doesn’t fit as tightly on the tank and when you pull the tank/cartridge out of the atty the little cap can stay in the atty (still on the pin) thus spilling all the juice on your shirt and table/desk as well as flooding your atty. Another way to avoid this is to always turn your PV upside down with the mouthpiece pointing straight down while pulling out the tank/cart. That way if the little cap stays inside the atty the juice will stay in the tank.

Aside from that I really like my tank!

Any idea if these work with 100% vg liquid?

I didn't get good results with 100% VG...I have ordered from another supplier to rule out if that batch of hardware was the issue.

It would work fine for a short period, but gunked up quickly...had to clean the atty's once a day to acquire peak performance.

And I was rotating with 3.

Had my tank for about 2 weeks now... loving it to bits! The only issue I had was when I noticed the clear cart that comes with it looked a bit "gunky" so I gave it a good wash out. Whilst washing that one and waiting for it to dry I opened a black empty tank out of the pack I ordered and after a few puffs it tasted burnt and disgusting.

Dont know whether itis the atty or the cart. Changed the atty and started using the clear cart again. I hope the atty's will last longer than 2 weeks.

Apart from the above I am over the moon!

I'm confused. I just got a T-tank and the cartridges that fit inside it. Do you mean pierce the CARTRIDGE cap that fits inside the tank atty? So pierce the end of the CARTRIDGE that is not the mouthpiece end and then insert it into the atty? Thanks...I can't get the supplier to respond to my question and I don't want to fill it wrong and have juice leak out all over the place.

im pretty sure stick it on the atty first so the needle punctures the cartridge end (not the mouthpiece) before filling up. i did this as well and havent had any problems. if you look at it (you might not have a clear one) filling from the mouthpiece would just let juice run all over your fingers as you hold it. the mouthpiece only connects to the little airholes on the side the tank itself is the seperate gravity feed system.

Don't pierce anything, take off the end cap,not the mouth piece end cap the fill end cap, fill your tank and replace the end cap, then put it in the Atty once it hits the needle with one quick push push it the rest of the way and the piercing needle will puncture your hole for you.

Been using mine for over a month now. Some carts will start to leak after a few uses, some will not. Don't know why, but I've used some at least 20 times and i always pop the caps off.

The attys need to stay clean if you want good performance. I just wash out with hot distilled water every few days, and I'm still using the same ones that came with my kit.

As for juice, I've found that the best results are from no more than 30% VG liquids, but I have had some 50/50 work pretty good. 100% VG will have problems wicking. There are ways to get around that, but I won't explain because it could also cause you to ruin your attys. Dark juices will gunk up the atty pretty quick also. Just keep em clean and you should be fine.

As for the leaking, these will produce noticeable condensation around the cart, so just because you see liquid it may not be leaking at all. You can just gauge it on the amount of juice you are going through.
