I apologize if this info is old news but it appears that I must post some new member stuff in order to get going around here, so I'll throw in my two cents about my Ego-T (B). In brief, it's brilliant. I can't recommend it enough. I won't go into detailed specs; I don't think minutiae is necessary here. Here's the list:
Battery - Nothing new here. Still great. Two or three charged 650s will get practically anyone through a day. 1000s even better, though I don't really think they're worth the extra money. Take a passthrough with you and forget your worries. Lot's of options. Super fast charging for all, very rugged (ran one over with a 700 lb panther camera dolly and it's fine) and easy to clean. Also, I haven't been able to drown one with a leak yet (leaks from original ego that is). Can't kill em.
Atomizer - Honestly, its amazing. Really. I've read some complaints about flavor (always changing with new PVs, I know) and I did have to work it out but if you mix your own juice (MIX YOUR OWN JUICE. DO IT.) you can tailor your recipes to the idiosyncrasies of the atties. A little tweaking will pay dividends. It definitely doesn't like 100% VG, which irked me at first, but I've found 3:1 to be a fine compromise without losing much vapor at all. Current atty has lasted two months and going strong. Super easy to clean; nightly brush with pipe cleaner/q-tip and an occasional distilled water flush. No solvents needed. Eck.
The TANK - Best thing ever. Come on! I used to refill my old ego tips every 10-15 minutes at least. Goo everywhere; seriously those things were like petri dishes. I only need to refill my tank two times in a day, so I don't mind taking the time to wash up and take it easy(not that it takes more than 30 seconds...) I did have a leaking problem at first, but it was because I wasn't really jamming the tank in; the plastic endcap needs to click in. I highly advise purchasing the flexible replacement caps (really inexpensive). They make a much better seal and they wont wear out and leak eventually like the hard stock ones do. Ta friggin da. Barely any leaking ever. Also you can pop out the mouthpiece cap as well for removing condensation and for cleaning/sterilization.
I do apologize for the hyperbole but this system has completely changed the way I vape. It's no longer a high-maintenance, tedious and at times unsanitary slog but rather a stress-less and dependable breeze. I charge up and do a quick cleanup in the evening and I'm good all day. The nightly care takes no longer than 5 minutes. I keep a 10ml bottle of juice, an extra battery and a spare atty (never needed it) with me during the day. If you're a sand-hog or garbage man I would suggest taking a whole prefilled tank instead of refilling. Plug and play.
A final note. I abuse this thing. I'm on the move all day and it gets banged and slammed and dropped and kicked and lost and found and occasionally run over. NOTHING has broken on me yet. Not one part of batt/atty/tank. This isn't a "Day Two and a half ego-t Report" hasty post. It's been months and I'm thoroughly satisfied. Thanks for reading. I hope everyone else with this system is having as good a go with it as I am.
