Hehehe another disappointed ego-t type b user. I think in general people should comment after at least a few weeks of use. I had many leaking issues.....

The only leaking problems I had were within the first weeks of using. It's pretty easy to remedy the problems. The replacement gasket is on the top of my list. Also, I use very high % VG- it's way more viscous. I can't figure out why everyone loves PG so much. I like to treat my throat, not hit it.

Thank you for an excellent, informed review of the eGo-T (B)! I ordered my eGo-T (B) only 4 days into dealing with the constant dripping, mess, and battery charging every 2 hours of my first, non-eGo ecig. I couldn't be happier with the tank system. The essentially hassle-free aspects is what made it a winner for me, and I still have my original set-up (DSE801) for taste-testing new juices, but that is ALL I use that thing for. The "problems" that everyone seem to site as why eGo-T's are bad, bad, bad are easily resolvable (ie Leaks... I started getting very slight leaks after using the old, hard plastic caps about 5 times or so, and with 100% PG. I ordered the soft, flexible replacement caps and prefer a PG/VG blend for the best of both worlds flavor and easy wicking/vapor production and (for me) less throat hit, tyvm, as well as less leaky... The 100% PG stuff would leak out around their own vendor bottle caps in my experience!

I still don't understand why people warn others away from the eGo-T system, its been absolutely wonderful for me!

It's not difficult to understand why people warn against them. Many people that used them began to have problems 2-3 months in and they just didn't seem worth the hassle. When someone asks about them, they respond with their experience using them. It's very infrequent that you hear from someone that's been using tanks for 6 months write glowing reviews about them. Some do, but people are just being honest. Do you want people with bad experiences not to respond at all?

I don't think this is the setup for someone that never vaped before. This is like the CE2's or anything that needs tweaking or adjustments, it's not always a good fit for the novice vapor. If you don't know what an atomizer is, how do you know what to look for if it needs adjustment. An atomizer can last a month or an hour. Some people are left high and dry and can't vape. If you do buy a tanks system, do buy a box of cartomizers too so you have a backup option.

I actually stopped vaping for a while due to all the leaking and cartridges, and dripping, and cartomizers. It just got to be too much for me. When I decided to give it another shot and got on here to see what was new I found out about the tanks. I bought an atomizer and a few tanks to see what all the fuss was about and I love them. I have been using them about a week now and the only leaking I've had was my own fault. They stopped all the hastle that was making it harder for me to vape than to smoke.
