    Add to your list;
    1x (box of 5) 2ohm Boge cartomizers (about $7.25)
    1x drip tip (about $5.00)

From experence, nobies ruin a lot of those really nice atomizers that come in starter kits, and they are like 8 bucks each to replace.
My personal opinion is to save those for later because they can be a whole lot of fun. Matter of fact I am using one right now, but with a drip tip.

You made a good choice BTW

I agree with most of what's been said. My experience with the Ego-T tank was that the vape was pleasant, but the hardware didn't last. Leaks were prevalent and the wick is fragile and can disintegrate while cleaning. This will eventually happen even if your are experienced and careful. Some buy fiberglass rope and unravel the strands to create new wicks, but I just moved back to drip attys and Boge cartos.

I like the Joye 306 drip atty on an Ego battery. I also like the Little Dwarf drip atty, but the 306 has better taste on an Ego. The little dwarf needs a bit more voltage, maybe a variable voltage mod.

I'm having issues finding the boge 2 ohm cartomizer and drip tip in one place. Part of the problem is that I don't want a mix-match looking unit. my eGo is stainless steel finish so I'm concerned that these other pieces will not match up. Is the cartomizer visible once fully assembled? I'm pretty sure the drip tip is so I guess I could go black there. I know... these type questions give me away as a true rookie.

Many of us like to color coordinate, nothing wrong with that!

Good prophets doesn't have silver cartos? I'll check around and see if I find a place that does.

Basically a silver carto is a black carto without the black paper. I have removed the paper myself. Sometimes that works well and sometimes it doesn't.

Yes, the cartomizer is visible. Especially if you don't use the cone. I prefer to vape without the cone.

Thanks SF and i'll be interested to see what you find. I'll continute my search as well. I did see a boge 1.8 LR but that would burn to hot if I remember reading correctly. The anticipation is drving me crazy.

Oh btw, my Regal eCigs came today (the free trial offer that I ordered before finding ECF. I'll be mailing those back to RegalCigs tomorrow:)

It's here, YES! I went with the eGo in stainless steel and a little juice (menthol 18mg, green apple 18mg, vanilla cream caramel coffee 12mg) to get me started.

Prep wise... what should I be doing to prepare for my first vape? Obviously charge the batteries but what else???

Personally, I'd get the standard ego. Get used to using that. Try a few different types of cartos, try dripping, try using the carts/atty.

You can always purchase the ego tank and tank atty down the road.

Tanks are prone to a lot of issues. This is especially hard if you have never vaped before. There's cleaning involved and adjustment of the almost microscopic wick.

I have tried and used the tanks. I didn't feel like dealing with the issues so I went back to cartomizers.

If you do decide to get the Ego-T and I would definitely recommend it over the 510-T, I have no idea about some of the advice your getting here- get a box of boge 2.0 cartomizers too. They cost about $5.99 for a box of 5 at good prophets. That way if you have tank issues, you have a back-up so you can still use your pv.

I'm not a fan of the t-tank either. The taste/throat hit is kind of muted compared to a regular atomizer/cartomizer. Out of the bazillion methods I've tried I still love my Boge LR 510 cartomizers.

I second the suggestion of Goodprophets as well. Great price. =D

That's what I'd been hearing. Not sure if I wanted to be fooling around with a tank also.
