So i've been doing some research, so now im just looking for ECF forum opinions..

So when doing some research, i saw a few reports saying the Ego twist would be a good way to get in VV, kinda like a beginner (since thats what i am)

Now I am asking the opinion of the forum..

and what mah do you recommend??
battery??

website to buy from??

attachments to go with it??

and anything else you can recommend, if i was going to get one... It's in my budget..dont really have the budget for some of the more advace models of stuff, this seems like a simple, basic way to get into the VV market if i wanna expand my horizons.

Thanks for all your opinions and suggestions.

You honestly cannot go wrong with a Twist. I personally got a Vision Spinner, which is essentially the same thing from a different maker. I chose it because it has a 1300mah version. Mah's will only reflect battery life... how long it lasts before needing charged. So the Mah you select should match your vaping usage and ability to charge throughout the day. As for which carto/clearo to use, it becomes mostly a matter of preference. Personally, I use the Kanger T3 clearomizer. It has been the most reliable device I've found, at it seems others have a lot of good things to say about it as well. It's clear so you can see your juice level, it does not require a syringe to refill, and they work great right away without having to mod them. Also, many have great luck with ViviNova's. I didn't like them, but many have. I would recommend getting one of each (since they are fairly inexpensive) and then ordering more once you decide.

Many vendors sell everything you need. gotvapes.com, madvapes.com, ....cigarettes.com... just make sure they are reputable. I haven't really found any on this forum that are not.

Hope this helped. Best of luck!

twist it up!
the lowest price for a genuine joyetech twist that i have found is Vapors Choice.
$19 for a 650mah
Joyetech Ego-C Twist 650mah Copper Battery [650 twist Copp] - $19.00 : Vapors Choice, Ecigarettes & Parts
$22 for 1000mah
Joyetech Ego-C Twist 1000mah White Battery [1000 twist Wht] - $22.00 : Vapors Choice, Ecigarettes & Parts
i have a 650 silver one and its fantastic. lasts for several hours of chain vaping, or for 1-2 days with low to moderate vaping.
another option is the spinner, like mentioned above. i just scored a 1300mah one from PB Dragon for $22 shipped. the sale might be over, but their prices are still great especially when you use the ECF10 discount code.

for a jucie delivery device, again, i gotta agree with above. ive used a lot (a LOT) and the T3 is a great clearo that is both user friendly and a good performer. sound slike it will be a good match for you. vapors choice has great prices on T3s. they even have a discount code (app20), but im not sure if its still valid.
for a charger, get the 420mah output Rapid charger.

have fun and vape on.

Thanks for the idea... yea, i heard really good things bout the T3's and it seems like everyone that has ever had a twist loves it. Been looking at joyetech to see who is certifies dealer. seems like cignot.com if like the only one that offers a starter kit, but will probably grab some t3's too just cause of the reviews.

If I were you, I would pass on any Twist kits, as they inevitably come with the cartridge tank systems. It would be better for you to piece together your own kit from parts. All you need is (at least) 2 Twist batteries, a USB charger, a wall adpater, and a cone, if you plan on using cartos. If you go with the Kanger T3, there is no need for a cone. I got my Twist parts at MyVaporStore, which also carries the T3, but you can find all that stuff at quite a few vendors.

about the cheapest next biggest VV mod out there that i am aware of,other then a twist,,is the madvapes VV box for around 35 bucks,,less then 20 if you buy the DIY kit..

takes 2 14500 batteries and for a few more bucks you can get one with the VV meter built in

but if you plan to just get bigger twist batteries then go over to discount vapors,,they have the best prices on just about everything,,and fast shipping

if it were me, i would look at the apollo mini vtube. apollo has a great warranty compared to most, and with the code vtube30 you get 30 percent off. i nave tried the twist, and it's ok, but the apollo mini for about the same dough is definitely a better choice. i beleive with the discount code it puts you at about 40 bucks.

Think i figured out how i want to go bout this.

Why drop the money on a starter kit if it ends up not meeting my needs..

So I think im just going to order kinda like a mini starter..

but only get 1 battery, charging stuff, juice and a t3 and go from there.

I think until i test it and see if that suits my needs, then from there i can always just order more.

Simple question to add..

Anyone who has seen the red or blue twists in person..

How dark are they?? or are they a brighter color??

I have black and silver 808's for when im out at work or need something on the go, but kinda want something different... change things up a bit.

Don't get me wrong, i love the black and stainless steel colors, cause they are good anytime without being like "BAM, I'm in your face"

i too have been looking into the twist... i understand the mAh is the battery charge time, but with the VV, if you use it at a higher voltage wont it just drain the battery faster?

that being the case, seems like an 18650 mod with a VV system would be ideal.
now dont get me wrong, im very new to all of this, and I am looking to advance as well from my single 650 eGo little battery which was already an awesome upgrade from my TTZiG german 510 find. (which by the way is a very reliable little device)

i guess im just confused as to why or what avantage i would see out of a VV twist vs the standard 1100mAh battery besides of course the variable voltage of course. and how does that work? more voltage more vapor i suppose?

sorry for the threadjack and no0b question bomb. :p
