The "Blunts" or "Blunt Batts"
A suggestion that stands out for me! "I'm ready to leave, just let me grab my Blunt" :)
There have been some good suggestions, excepting anything containing the letters C O N E, IMO.
I actually like what I've been calling mine all along, TorneGo. But, I can see I'm over ruled.

I like the idea of a poll, when Don feels he has gathered enough good suggestions.

Not sure you can group so many types under one name, I would like to see them broken down by battery size. 650, 900, 13000 As far as I can tell, those are usually the 3 common denominators, we can put various carts, atty's, and drip tips on these 3 types of batts.

Breaking them down by mfg would be impractical, and at what point do we have this disucssion again as more devices come into the market place?

If they are categorized by batt size, then regardless of who makes it, or what model it is, it will still have a specific place to be posted on the forums.

Anywho.....my $0.02

That's true, but...every PV has a battery. Only the type here looking for a name has a cone. That's the one thing that distinguishes them from every other.
More and more vapers are using their eGOs (or whatevers) with an LR 306 atty and drip tip.

I often use my Elegant with a penstyle atomizer (over which the cone doesn't fit).

Beside your point, I suppose, but I don't understand that at all for dripping. Let's face it: dripping is messy, spills are inevitable. The cone confines all that away from your fingers very nicely.

Don-you should cut the most narrow part of the cone down/off-that would be one bad looking ego!!!!!!

that being said you just need an extra long drip tip and they work with the cone just fine....granted no one currently sells XL 306 drip tips....that's why I turned my own (it's really easy to do or find a penmaker to do one as a one off for you)... the acrylic pen blanks which happen to be what the twisted style drip tips are are really cheap and they're like 5-6 inches long...easy to make 2-3 long drip tips from one....or one really long holly go lightly style cig holder drip tip (which I'd doing just for funsies)

I like Ego style, its easier to type.
I have always gone with battery rating, i.e. 650, 900, etc.

But people are always going to show their preference to the models they chose, just like with cars. Generalized people refer to their vehicles as car, truck, suv, or by specific model, mustang, charger, ram, escalade.

People are always going to reference their pv by model sometime or another, my Ego, my Riva, my Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Lazer Vaper.

As for the newbies. they will eventually catch on to the references, as we all did, so if someone says Riva, Ego, cone-style, we will all know what they are talking about

I agree. It should be kept fairly simple. Over analyzing this particular style/model will just confuse people.

I wonder if drip tips would work more efficiently if they had rifling grooves?

lol or like that tornado thing you can get for your air intake for the car that supposedly boots horsepower....

and @don...that's good to know I've been turning my own with a cobbled together makeshift lathe and the same acrylic blanks that those places use for the twisted or swirled effect looking tips and delrin...
