i started using the ego vision clearo v2 lr and no matter what i do after a few days (or even hours), they start leaking onto the top of the battery connector, not on the outside at all. i figured it's condensation but it does it even on a cool clearo that has been blown out, so it may be juice?

i've tried "babying" the clearo becuase i thought i was drawing too hard but it still happens. it's happened with both 80/20 and 50/50 juice, although the 50/50 seems to take longer to cause the leaks (two days as opposed to a few hours with 80/20). i've tried not to get the clearo too hot by chain-vaping too much but eventually, same result, leaks onto the top of the battery. i've been running about 3-4ml of juice a day through these clearos so not super-heavy use. i didn't bother trying to clean the first two clearos because they leak tons (and one even leans like the tower of pisa, that's why i thought maybe i was getting the juice so hot that it was melting stuff and causing leaks, even "deforming" the plastic tube). the third one that i really babied and only used one type of 50/50 juice in just started leaking slightly today so i figured i'll try to clean it but i'm not sure how cleaning can stop leaks onto the battery connector?

does anyone else generally get frequent condensation/juice on the top of their clearo battery connector but not on the outside? is this normal? or safe to keep using if i dab the condensation/juice off every so often (only because i paid $6 for each and they all still vape fine for the most part, just leak??? not sure what i am doing wrong here but i'm on my fourth clearo since saturday... yes i'm a total n00b.

I have old style vision clearos I believe, and didn't have any leaking problems. I did have problems with them wicking, and I dropped one and cracked the top where the mouthpiece goes in. There should be plenty of members who have used those exact clearos that could help better, but I'll try.
Is it leaking at the seam of the tube and the connector? Is it loose and being twisted or spun around when you screw the clearo on?

it's not loose at the seam of the tube and connector, doesn't spin at all. after unscrewing it and looking at the bottom of the center post (bottom of clearo) i can see condensation/juice drops forming underneath the post. the gaps on the three metal sections around the center hole appear to be separating a little bit. in the one good one i have left, the gaps appear smaller and no condensation/juice forms and drops onto the battery connector. so, i guess my theory is that the heat from my juice is expanding the metal pieces surrounding the air-flow tube making the gaps in between bigger and then condensation/juice is leaking through onto the battery connector. the obvious answer is to try to use some tweezers to squeeze the metal pieces at the bottom of the center post back in so the gap is smaller again. i've never "worked" any of my clearos or any hardware yet so i'm just taking a shot in the dark. i was hoping that maybe someone else was having this problem because all of the reviews i've seen is that these clearos don't leak, so i can't be the only one can i? haha.

Greetings from Canada! Welcome to ECF!

I can suggest one thing to reduce condensation. After a draw, move the mouthpiece away from your mouth so that you are not breathing vapor back into the tube.

It is safe for you to continue vaping if you wipe the condensation off of the connector often. Usually there is gurgling if there is condensation there. You may also notice the vapor getting less since the condensation interferes with the electrical connection.

If you are having massive leaking that is probably around the bottom seal and I don't know of any fix for that.

Next step may be Fluxomizers or Vivi Nova 2.5 ? Both excellent!

Relax, Enjoy!
