I had to adjust mine like you would any other CE2, but once I did it works very well and I like the design and quality of it. For those unfamiliar with the CE2 mod necessary, it involves expanding the slit and raising the seal a tad (pictured below) to allow better room for wicking. If you are accustomed to doing this with CE2s, keep in mind removing the seal with these may be a bit more difficult and require a different tool than what you are used to using, but once it is out the first time and the sides lube up, it will be easy to remove in the future.

Someone earlier requested pictures. I bought this system myself and have been using it for 10 days. Here are some pictures, sorry if they're too geeky.

I am not passing judgement on them at this time, as this is my first ever eGo and I am fairly new to vaping hardware.

Battery voltages (3.7v quoted): 4.2v fully charged cold battery, 3.8v after 12h of use
E-Liq tank resistances: 3.4ohm, 3.5ohm & 3.6ohm

I have wrapped all three liquid tanks in clear tape to stop the cracks from getting any worse! It's not a perfect wrapping job, but I tried to keep it fairly smooth. Those cracks are as serious as they look, I've had one of them completely empty itself over my desk when the connection to the battery connector was loose, which made me wrap them all up.
