I just got a new eGo-CC, and for the life of me, I can't fill the *$#@ing tank. I've followed the instructions, watched a video where they go through filling the tank... and after spilling about 5 ml of juice all over my hands (and the outside of the tank), I even tried filling it from the mouthpiece end. Nothing seems to work... on the odd occasion I managed to get some into the tank, it leaked out the other end before I could get anywhere near enough juice in to vape off of.

I think the problem (well, other than what seems to me like a design flaw or two in the eGO-cc) is that my juice comes in large 50 ml bottles, and the tip on those is too short and stubby to put the tip in the hole and squeeze the juice into the tank. I'm honestly hoping I'm missing something basic here, because who makes a tank that's only compatible with a certain type of disposable squeeze bottle... right? Although at the same time, I'm wondering if I need to pick up a syringe to get my juice from the big squeeze bottles into this tank. :glare:

Has anyone else had this problem, and hopefully have a solution to suggest?

I have a thin tipped plastic bottle that works - from cignot but you have to ask. Needle tip bottle would work. Fill from bottom. Some have removed that silicone piece where you fill it and then replace it.

Are you using the eGo-CC Kent? I am also having issues filling my CC. Tried the syringe thing and its a pain....these bottle would be a god send but want to make sure the tip is smaller than a standard juice bottle.

Yes, I'm using the Joyetech eGo-cc clearo and using those bottles to fill it - the tip is long enough to fill and it is thin enough to allow air to escape as well. Works fine. Fill from the bottom, even though the 'manual' says fill from the top - that's wrong. Fill from the bottom through the hole in the silicon seal. Fill til the level is at the top of the window.

...learned that the hard way.
LOL.
Mind now, I'm only laughing because, well..... cuz I can so see that happening! (-:

I didn't get snagged because Kent's initial post reviewing his first CC 'splained all.
S'pose I oughta take a look at the instruction book just for a laugh now.

I have small needle tips bottles that work fine with my eroll. Anyways while filling I must have got airlock and ended up splilling juice everywhere. I was so frustrated and in a hurry to leave so I just tossed the entire thing in the trash and said forget it, life is to short for this finaky crap. Aside from the filling troubles they are quite top heavy on my 650 egoc batt but the hit is quite nice.

Yes, I've had similar problems with my eGo-CC.

The only 100% reliable way I found to refill it was to take off that white plastic cap off the bottom of the tank (this will probably cause that cap to wear out sooner than normal). I seem to run into some sort of airlock problem too, which prevents liquid from going into the tank in the normal way. If I squeeze the e-liquid bottle too hard, the liquid ends up spilling through the CC airholes and out the mouthpiece.

My CC is leaky in general, and though I like the richness and taste of the vapour it produces, the device is just too messy and wasteful. I replaced the clearo top, first with a Vivi Nova Mini and more recently with an Anyvape Davide (another BCC), and I haven't looked back. Don't miss the CC one bit. Poor QC I suppose.

Greetings; I'm now on day 3 using a Davide Mini, and I've found that it is actually easy to refill. Two of the refill holes at the bottom of the tank are bigger than the third, and with a bit of patience, it's possible to line up a blunt-tip bottle with these bigger holes. With a needle-tip bottle, refilling is a snap.

I think the key thing is that with multiple holes, air is allowed to escape as liquid is being added to the tank; that could be the problem with refilling the eGo-CC -- the bottle tip blocks the tank's only air inlet during refilling.

One thing I will say in favour of the eGo-CC; during a refill, it's no problem setting down the base of the E-Cig anywhere. With the Davide, OTOH, that post thingee exposed during refilling has usually got some e-liquid on it, so it has to be handled carefully, or it can get a little messy. It's not a huge deal, though.

Regards
Glenn
