EgoT adapter for the BB

Hello all, I have been desperately searching for an adapter that will allow me to use my ego tank atomizers on my BB. I tried one so far from a vendor, but for some reason it doesn't properly make contact. Can any one point me in the right direction? Appreciate any help!! Thx

I have a bunch of 510 V2 Shorty connectors from madvapes, haven't got around to trying them on my Alpha yet, but they should turn the trick. I've been digging the 2.0 ohm Boge Cartomizers lately.

Thanks Xavier, I'll order one and give it a shot. I know certain 510 attys don't work on the BB for some reason, so I was hesitant to try further adapters. If anyone else has suggestions I'll try those as well. I'm so wanting to use the tank on my BB

Just tried it out...it takes 2 of them to get the outer skirt up above the top of the unit, and it looks a little silly. For whatever reason, the tank atty doesn't sit exactly straight on it.

let me know how you make out. I ordered the same one from clouds of vapor and it does not screw into the BB. It seems like the threads are a little too big. I've had this problem with other adaptors on my BB as well. Is the 510 connection on the BB a little bigger than normal? I've been having a really hard time with it.

Well, I got it and it didn't work. However, I'm not surprised as a lot of 510 atty's don't work on the darn BB. How frustrating. I have a friend with a Prodigy so I'm gonna try the connector on that tomorrow. If it works, I will just buy that off of him. I don't understand why basic 510 supplies don't work on the BB.

That does seem odd as I have never had a problem with any of my 510 atty's working with my BB. If you are having a lot of issues maybe try opening a ticket with Altsmoke it could be there's a problem with the threads on yours.

It is likely that the pitch of the thread pitch is off slightly. Log into your account at Altsmoke and submit a ticket. I will pick the ticket up and give you the info to send it to me to be checked out. I will ask that you send an adapter that does not thread properly. I'll get you fixed up

Just to follow up for anyone else that has this problem in the future, the issue ended up being the batteries I was using in my BB. I wasn't aware only certain ohm attys would work when using CR2 3v batteries. Chad was a huge help and explained everything in great detail. Thanks guys!!
