Egrip vt new coil issue - please help

Hi guys,

Im having a problem with the egrip VT 30w. Ive been using the stock vw 1 ohm coil for a while and it was fine, but ive now tried to switch to the 0.4 ti coil and it just keeps reverting back to the vw setting. It shows the correct resistance of 0.4 or 0.41, but still goes back to vw mode from the ti mode. I have the ni 0.2 coil as well but it just indicates "atomiser short" so can't use that either.

It asks for new coil up/down (sometimes) but that doesnt seem to change anything.

Could really do with someone to bail me out on this

Most likely a faulty coil, try a different one. If this doesnt help, then your mod is not reading Ti coils properly, just use them in lower than recommended wattage.
