No leaking at all with my Bachelor Nano: 26 gauge SS, 6/7 spaced wraps, 3.5mm diameter, wicked with rayon; cut almost flush with the juice holes (U) making sure that no rayon touches the o-ring just below the U... Has never leaked a drop. An Evod (smaller diameter) vape band keeps the top from opening while it gets jumbled around in my purse. I would prefer that the top screwed off, rather than that hinge, but it is what it is. Great tank, but my (older) eyes hate the post-less holes. Hard to see where they are when installing the coil.

I prefer the pinned top, but they're my first so I wonder about the durability.

And I admit it took a little fiddling with the Nano... I paralleled some 26g (not twisted), and getting all four legs into the holes at once was... challenging. :p

I've had one of those headband magnifiers for a couple of months now... just one of the cheapie models but damned effective. :)

Just got the nano yesterday and am really enjoying it with the MTL kit. I wanted to ask, is it possible to use the glass and top of the full sized bachelor with the nano post deck?

The one real negative I see is that the nano runs through juice like crazy and I am an MTL guy. So having the larger tank would be useful and having the nano bottom would solve the leaking issues.

Where did you find the MTL kit?

For people looking for the MTL kit, I got several in from heavengifts last week. Even with the cheapest shipping option they got here in 8 days or so.

Just Joking :)

Me too, it's not going anywhere :)

I'll try it today and get back to you.

There's no guarantee it won't leak with a Nano base though, Nano's can leak too unfortunately. Got one right here :(

I can confirm this fits.

I tried it like you described and I also tried it with just the bottom part with the airflow slots (without the chimney part), both ways are a perfect fit.

Just had this tank and i have only rebuilded it twice, first time i didn't use enough cotton, so the juice could flow into the deck from the bottom of the juice holes. Emptied my tank over night..

My 2nd attempt, i just made sure i filled the 2 juice holes with enough cotton and that seemed to be the trick, so my conclusion for now is, use enough cotton to fill the juice holes with cotton (if i'm not mistaking, this is also mentioned in the manual)

Hey fellow Nederlander :toast:

Nah, i don't do nano's, I like them big and juicy. Got mine from China, a nice 4ml tank. I'm not sure if i understand you. Sharpen what? :?:

Hoi :)

I've had two full size versions that both leaked & I got them both from Zwoofs, so I was curious if someone else managed to score one from him that doesn't leak or that perhaps his whole batch was bad, that's why I asked.

I'll sharpen pretty much anything, but in this case I was referring to your username.. :D

Well I tried a thicker o-ring on the bottom of the base of my black Nano. The one from the chimney fits nice and tight in there. Made sure it was seated properly like Jeremy describes above too and everything fit together nice and tight.

Took about five minutes for the tank was half empty again, without me hitting it...

Looks like the problem on my Bachelors is up top in the chimney somewhere, & then it leaks to the base of the RTA through the big airflow hole below the coil before it comes seeping out through the adjustable airflow slots.

I have some spare black o-ring for the mouthpiece that came with the MTL kits, I'll see if it's worth to try those up top instead of the little ones that are meant to go there tomorrow. Don't feel like getting juice on my hands again today.

@JeremyR, yours came with two spares for the base plus one for the chimney? All of the four I've unboxed came with one spare for the base and one for the chimney. Lucky dog :p

Yes it did, 3 of the clear ones total, one of them for the chimmey.

If your leaking out the air tube like that its definately dumping into the chamber. The atty is pretty loose for vg and with higher pg, even 50/50 i can see a problem with the juice flow being more than just cracked open and a loose wick.

So after replacing both orings on the base yesterday, this morning there was no liquid under the bachelor...

It was dry till i had it im my pocket and knocked the top open a tad. Lol
