You know it's really weird that I was just in the mt thread about an hour ago asking for a single coil tank and this fits the bill....
Reckon it would Probably use more juice then the lemo line though
Or the nebula..
yeah I think so. A honkin big coil will fit in there.

I was initially turned off early in the video with the idea that this was a "sub tank". I'm out on any "sub tank" that includes an RBA section. They never perform as well to me as a dedicated RTA.

This is not one of those.

This builds more like a Rose V2, without the hassle of choked off air flow, and restricted, goofy wicking.

Looks like another good one from EHPro.

I agree, subtank this is not. With the understanding it's a single coil, I hope it vapes as nice as my favorite tank the billow v2.

My wife surprised me with a black Billow V2 Nano for Christmas, and I haven't found a way to enjoy it yet.

I'm a MTL vaper, but I have enjoyed dual coil tanks previously. I'll have to get back to it, I guess.

Yep. It looks like a great deck. Are you going to grab one brother?

Not anytime soon I'm afraid, I am DEFINITELY getting an rta soon, been ready to pull the trigger for months! First aromamizer, then the bellus, c2, goblin mini, the mutation rda...all looked good with numerous pros and some cons, then the crius hit and I was totally sold until I did more homework and saw the QC issues, as soon as the Griffin hit I thought "that's the one!!!"
Now I see there's more cons popping up, an QC is coming into question... Most of the big name reviewers love there's and don't mention the cons that seem to be plaguing some people ( crooked glass, juice and airflow too loose or too tight, rough sharp threads, I'm sure there's more I've missed)

So I don't know which one to get...
I'm not sure how I'd like single coil either, but really for me I don't care if 20 coil, as long as it does what I want when I want, and doesn't give me lots of trouble then I don't see why it would matter if it was single coil... So maybe this would be a good place to start... I'd really convinced myself the Griffin was the way to go... I've found that I like big fat comp coils, but again, my experience is limited...

Dudes, I'm gonna use 12g wire and make me a mech so I don't have that stoopid low resistance cut off. And it will use 10 batteries in series so I gots 42v!

Amp draw? Who cares, them Trustfire batteries are good.
I'm sure someone's done it!
There's a guy locally with a handmade mech that hold 8x18650, all stacked, it's got
"MY WOODY" engraved down the side... He regularly wins cloud comps with it but with all the premsde comp coils hiring the market, and the reulaeux, he needs to step up his coil game, he keeps getting edged out...

I was just pointing out that it has post holes or slot being large and able to fit massive wire in there... I didn't mean to stir anything up... What appeals to one person may not appeal to the next...

I agree, the whole Jack of all trades, master of none, is not very interesting to me either!
I hear the zeph v2 is nice from a lot of people, but even it seems to fall in that category, some with the crown, people rave about the stock coils, some swear they're better than anything you can do with rba, others say the opposite... And the tfv4... God I'm so sick of ppl talking like its the best thing that ever came along... I don't have one, but everyone I know does, and I swear the flavor on it, regardless of the coil is disappointing as hell to me compared to other thing I own and use daily... Most of the fanboys disagree... But keep shelling out for fresh coils or rebuilding every other day... I just don't get it.

EHPro seems like they're really putting out some solid gear these days!

The serpent looked like it was hard to get the leads of your coil into, from the vids I watched... I didn't like that or the fact it doesn't come apart... Do you have much trouble getting the leads in place?

It's a bit fiddly. I haven't figured a method that doesn't distort the coil. But not worse than Lemo 2 or other attys with leads that double back. And it can be pulled back into shape easily enough.

Next time I'll try making a widely spaced coil, thread it through the post holes, and pinch it tighter on the mandrill after it's installed. Might make the process a bit easier.

When I first saw the build deck I thought it was gunna be a similar style to the springomizer, and it's kind of close... Springomizer is definitely not for me but the way you secure the coils with no leads is pretty cool and very simply/straightforward, as is this bachelor, I wonder if either of these styles will catch on... Both seem like they're worthy of being used and improved upon... Looking back at some older style gear, there's not much common sense used in the designs, overly complicated for no reason... This is the opposite, simple! Who doesn't like simple? Especially if it performs! This looks like it will perform nice, and I could easily see it being developed into a dual coil style with very little change to the design...
At $20 it's mighty tempting to give it a go especially if it's got decent build quality.
