For the past week, I've been using dripper tips and have just been dropping one drop at a time into the tank. It does take a bit to settle into the tank but I didn't mind it. Now the juice is just sitting on top without going in if my topcap is screwed in, I'm thinking because air is pushing it up?

Gonna try a syringe when I get off work.

-So, first thoughts are, your original build pic had the coil way too high, lower it down about 1mm above the air hole. You will have to build a new coil as this will probably just crumple the legs you have on that one.
-If you've already done this, the next question is - how much yarn are you using? Are you just cutting off a length and doubling it over to pull through the coil? My suggestion is, credit to mackman, if your yarn has 4 separate strands, pull one strand out, then double it over to pull thru coil. This will effectively give you 6 strands thru the coil, works perfect for me.
-I don't cut my wick so short that it only brushes the deck, but I also make sure to keep the juice holes clear when I push the wick down into the sides.
-As for the fill screw oring, you're in luck - it doesn't have to be exact, as long as it will fit down in the screw recess and be compressed by the screw head it will do it's job. Maybe fish around in the spares bags from some of your other devices and see what you can find. Home Depot also sells some very small orings in the plumbing section. I think it was a #64 that people have used to fix the insulator on SVD/Vamo center pins and that size should work for you.
-Two things to do when filling - if you're using the blunt nose on the bottle, make sure you jam it in there tight. If you're using the plastic needle tip on a bottle, try screwing it into the hole - it almost fits and helps. Otherwise get yourself some metal needle tips for your bottles - http://www.mtbakervapor.com/accessories/blunt-needle-tip-for-dropper-bottles/ - or get some sort of syringe to use.
-You "can" fill from the top, but it's a bit tricky and I've always gotten some small amount of leaking from the airhole. The trick to perfect is this - all bottom bits/tubes assembled, only the top cap removed, fill it up to just under the top of the chimney. Put the top cap on, but only screw in a few threads, no more than half way. Now flip the whole thing over and quickly tighten the cap down the rest of the way. What this does is move the juice away from the holes going to the wick so that when the pressure builds from the top cap being tightened, the juice won't be forced into the "chamber" which causes leaking.

This blog by my friend State O'Flux may very well help you resolve this issue:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-kayfun-air-vent-leaking-thread-response.html

When the pressure seal in the topper is lost, we will all get leaking from the air hole and/or into a collector tank. This can be reduced or eliminated though. No point rewriting what SOF has so elegantly written. Good luck!

wow..awesome! his post was too good to get lost, I'm glad it was saved as a blog. btw, a few days back I went to check the collector tank after having it running for a few days, and for the first time, it had no traces of juice! :D

Hm, yeah. That makes sense. For some reason it works better for me if I do remove the dripper bottle occasionally during filling, but I guess pressure build up can't be the reason. Maybe because it seems to take the juice a while to 'settle' down in the tank while I'm filling? I am using 50/50 juice, so maybe thinner liquids don't have this problem?

Well, my juice has slightly more vg than pg and it only takes me a few seconds to fill, so whatever the reason, it's easy enough for me. Sometimes it looks weird while filling, like the juice spreads out around the sides, before settling down. But it's' definitely easier with a needle tip, but it's even easier for me, without having to draw up the juice into a syringe first (I don't have any needle tips for a bottle yet, kinda wish I did).

That's why you really have to press the tip down with a little force. If your juice fills up the hole, it will come right out if you don't have it sealed off. I guess it can take the air a little while to start working its way out through the channels.

FINALLY UNCOVERED THE ISSUE!

I went to The Switch in San Diego to see what their input was on why my device was messing up constantly. They played with it for about an hour and found that the airflow wasn't working properly and that EHPRO probably drilled the device incorrectly. In the process of checking it, they unscrewed my center post to see the holes and found that there was actually plastic stuck in the hole (probably from the delrin). EHPRO evidently did not do a thorough job in QAing my device. Now it works PERFECTLY and I finally see what the KFL+ hype is about.

Yeah I was honestly beginning to lose hope in the device and was thinking of chucking it out and buying an Aqua or a Kraken. I must have lost at least 10mls of quality juice from all of the leaks. It vapes excellently now but I'm skeptical on buying additional EHPRO atomizers. I would not have had the technical knowledge of the device myself to fix it if I hadn't had the guys at the vape shop tinker with it.
