ejuice me up problem

Has anyone had issues operating this app? I downloaded it on my PC running Windows 7. It downloads fine but when I try to open it either through the shortcut or the .exe it wont open. I get a message that says it cant be opened and to close it. Tried it several times, even made sure temp installation files were cleaned out.

Sounds like a borked installation. Go to Programs and Features, uninstall it, then go back and download/reinstall.

Agreed - I installed it in Win7 and had no trouble, then when that PC died (it was like 10 years old) I installed in Win10, and my backup had all my recipes - worked perfectly. Yay!

You know I actually did that but forgot to mention it. Something must be blocking it. I will try downloading it on hubby's PC.

The site says it requires the Microsoft .net Framework 3.5. You should make sure you have that installed first.
