Yeah... :) I should have said that I'm in the market for a good quality box mod with replaceable battery under 100 dollars...

Seriously, as much as I love ProVape, and I love my ProVari 2.5, this Radius is not worth 200 bucks for me. Of course, if the FDA goes completely nuts and decides to ban vaping altogether, I may reconsider.

They sell these batteries with the charger as a 2-fer deal. I noticed, though, that it says that they are"18650B". Is there a reason these would not work?

I have no idea--those look like flashlight batteries. Are they high drain? I can't find the specs... Amp draw?

Like I said earlier, I only buy my batteries from RTD Vapor because I know that they sell authentic batteries that are suitable for our mods. I don't know enough myself to find the correct batteries on eBay or Amazon...

I got those:

Good information here:

I don't know. That's why I'm asking the pros. ;)

So I'm traveling for business and didn't bring my e-cig with me because of travel and carrying restrictions. I was afraid "security" folks will trash my gear at the airport. How do y'all manage that?

Swedish snus, dissolvable tobacco (Ariva, Stonewall--if you can find them), Nicorette lozenges.

I'm not familiar with the 18650B. The rtd deal can't be beat. I would go with that, for sure! :)

of course, rules about e-cigs ARE ALWAYS changing
double check each carrier...

some thoughts about flying with e-cigs I’ve read… YMMV

•they should be kept “On Person” or carry on (not checked)
•remove topper from battery
•Don’t make a big deal About your e-cig
•don’t hide, or don’t go out of your way to ‘show’ your e-cig
•Allow TSA just to do their job...

ALWAYS carry a self-addressed/Stamped mailer envelope
in the event you are not allow to bring e cig device onboard...

(it will allow you to drop your precious device in the mail for home)

TSA goes by a formula called 3-1-1
TSA 3-1-1 rule.png

eta//
of course the TSA link DID NOT transfer as I linked it
to read TSA carry-on description,
type in - e cigarettes -
in the search box (press enter)
