Ach, good ol' King of Swing. As a kid I played clarinet and Goodman was my hero, Tried to copy the wild ending of this tune. Never did get it silky smooth like he did.
That put me in the mood for this clip from the Glenn Miller story. Great ending but don't know how true it was. James Stewart is one of my favorite actors.

In The Mood was my parents music too, as well as Chuck Berry and Elvis. I'm Rock and Roll but I like some of the classics. I also like Black music....Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, Lenny Kravitz...

I grew up 'til 16 at Pine Ridge, SD, half Oyate Lakota(dad), mom was Span/Sicilian, we drank a lot.
Buffy is Cree, Saskatchewon, CA. The tribes are somewhat related. I know her fairly well.
