Well, the snow is still coming down here, and we are at about a FOOT!!! We just watched the news and the weatherman basically said "OOPS! We were a little off." and blamed it on a stall of some kind. We are under a winter storm warning now -- like it matters what they call it! What a kick in the teeth! I feel like I should post one of those photos we Northerners always share of the patio furniture with a foot of snow on it.
Poor old Mr Nanny is outside with the snowblower clearing off the driveway one more time.
Ever see a six inch tall dachshund try to make it thorough a 12 inch snow? Now that's funny.:lol::lol:

We had 22 inches of snow one winter years and years ago. We had a dachshund named Ginger. She went out on the porch, stuck one paw in the snow and sunk down in it. In trying to get that one paw out, she buried herself. She was soo funny. After he cleaned off the steps, my dad shoveled the sidewalk clean and made Ginger a patch out in the yard where she could do her business. That dog would absolutely not use the bathroom in the house.

You can keep it Nanny! Don't send it this way!
We usually see those patio furniture pictures too every winter.

LOL, Lynn! My grand-dogger, Daisy, is a doxie and we make her a big circle path through the snow. After about January, you can't even see the top of her head, til she pops out the other side of the path. Like your little Ginger, she would be MORTIFIED if she had an accident in the house. I had plenty of doxies as a kid who were not so particular about where they "went"! ;)

Nanny, the strange thing about it was the guy I got her from told me that he wanted to get rid of her for 2 reasons. One, she would not go potty outside and two, that she liked to get on furniture. So when we got her, we noticed that she could not get up on the couch because it was too high. So we're the chairs and the beds and she never, ever used the bathroom in the house. She was a great dog! My mom and dad had her put down when she was around 17 years old because she had reached the point where she couldn't walk. The vet said she thought Ginger had a stroke.

Are y'all blowing that stuff south? No snow (because that would be odd) but it's 39 deg outside. Terribly uncomfortable. I'm like a lizard, only happy when sunning on a rick or something
So much for that mild winter we were all supposed to get right, Chemtx? ...
Mr Nanny is still out there working in the cold. He had to stop for about an hour and take apart the snowblower to remove one of the dog's long 25 foot tie out leashes that was buried UNDER the snow, and he ran it over. Before he could stop, about 20 feet of the wire had wrapped around the snowblower axle and paddles. He was NOT a happy man. We don't even HAVE a dog any more, but both of our grown kids do and they bring them along every time they come to visit.

I am saving Used coils and warming up to rebuild. I'm getting on avg 7 day out of my coils. They are cheap enough but if the rebuild are better as I've read.....well.....maybe....just maybe

I have all my used coils saved also, and I've studied Cheech's video over and over and I'm just not capable of the rebuild. I know, I know, it's easy! If I had a one on one, maybe yes, but my fingers don't even have the strength to pull out the thingy even with the right tools. Saving all the coils anyway, cause ya never know.
